本实用新型是一种隔离开关吊具,其特点是:它包括底座,在底座的底部设有与固定支架的槽形导轨固连的卡槽,在底座内铰接有转臂,转臂与吊臂通过紧固螺钉固连,在吊臂的上端孔中活动连接有吊环。具有结构简单,转弯半径小,轻便灵巧,使用方便,能够整体吊装单极隔离开关,安全可靠,省工省时等优点。

本实用新型是一种隔离开关吊具。
背景技术
变电站用隔离开关每组由三极组成,单极重达200公斤,由于变电站尚有其它电力设备,设备都是紧凑型布局的,致使变电站的场地有限,由于场所的限制,达不到起重机的转弯半径的要求,因此,不能使用现有的起重机起吊将隔离开关吊到3米高的设备支架上,或从3米高的设备支架吊到地面上,现有技术只能采用人工将隔离开关分解成5个部分,由人工搬运到3米高的设备支架上再组装。三极隔离开关从拆卸到组装需要4个小时,导致设备停电时间必须在4个小时以上,既费工费时,又因停电时间过长而造成经济损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种结构简单,转弯半径小,轻便灵巧,使用方便,能够整体吊装单极隔离开关,安全可靠,省工省时的隔离开关吊具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种隔离开关吊具,其特征是:它包括底座,在底座的底部设有与固定支架的槽形导轨固连的卡槽,在底座内铰接有转臂,转臂与吊臂通过紧定螺钉固连,在吊臂的上端孔中活动连接有吊环。
本实用新型的隔离开关吊具具有结构简单,转弯半径小,轻便灵巧,使用方便,能够整体吊装单极隔离开关,安全可靠,省工省时等优点。

具体实施方式
下面利用附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1,本实用新型的隔离开关吊具包括底座2,在底座2的底部设有与固定支架的槽形导轨固连的卡槽1,在底座2内铰接有转臂3,转臂3与吊臂5通过坚定螺钉4固连,在吊臂5的上端孔6中活动连接有吊环7,在吊臂5弯角处焊接有加强筋8。
使用本实用新型的隔离开关吊具时,在地面上固定有三米高的具有槽形导轨的固定支架,将隔离开关吊具通过底座2底部的卡槽1与固定支架的槽形导轨卡接,在吊环7上挂接有滑轮,滑轮的挂钩与单极隔离开关挂接,由吊环7上挂接有滑轮完成起吊;由转臂3绕底座2的轴承转动,实现吊臂5带动单极隔离开关定轴的偏转。
