背景技术
目前，聚氯乙烯矿用管大多采用法兰接头连接，平直承插连接以及R型承插连接，密封垫圈在各种连接中起着重要的作用，聚氯乙烯矿用管在恶劣的工作环境中经常会出现承插口破裂、法兰接头脱落、密封垫圈被挤出脱落等问题，造成漏水、透气等现象，连接不可靠，严重地威胁着煤矿的安全生产。

本实用新型的目的是是提供一种密封性能好的密封垫圈。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种密封垫圈，密封垫圈外壁中部设有一圈上凸起，自上凸起根部至密封垫圈外缘间的外壁面为高度逐渐降低的坡面。
所述密封垫圈截面由顶部的小矩形部分和其下的梯形面部分组成，梯形顶边为小矩形底边。
所述密封垫圈内壁中部设有一圈与上凸起对应的下凸起。
本实用新型中，密封垫圈外壁中部设有一圈上凸起，自上凸起根部至密封垫圈外缘间的外壁面为高度逐渐降低的坡面，坡面与管材扩口内壁贴合，管材扩口端面与上凸起两侧面密封连接，密封效果好；密封垫圈的独特结构设计能够很好的和管材扩口内壁贴合，能够防止密封垫圈被挤出，可以大大增加管材密封性能。

如图1所示，一种密封垫圈4，密封垫圈4外壁中部设有一圈上凸起4-1，自上凸起4-1根部至密封垫圈4外缘间的外壁面为高度逐渐降低的坡面。所述密封垫圈4截面由顶部的小矩形部分和其下的梯形面部分组成，梯形顶边为小矩形底边。所述密封垫圈4内壁中部设有一圈与上凸起4-1对应的下凸起4-2。
本实用新型使用时，密封垫圈4外壁坡面与管材扩口内壁贴合，管材扩口端面与上凸起4-1两侧面密封连接，可以在管材内部粘接圆管短节来固定密封垫圈4，圆管短节端部与下凸起4-2密封连接，密封性能好。

1.一种密封垫圈，其特征在于，密封垫圈外壁中部设有一圈上凸起，自上凸起根部至密封垫圈外缘间的外壁面为高度逐渐降低的坡面。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封垫圈，其特征在于，所述密封垫圈截面由顶部的小矩形部分和其下的梯形面部分组成，梯形顶边为小矩形底边。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的密封垫圈，其特征在于，所述密封垫圈内壁中部设有一圈与上凸起对应的下凸起。
