本实用新型公开了一种燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,包括进气管、排气管、气缸,在排气管上装有增压器,在排气管出口到进气管之间装有空-空中冷器。本实用新型发动机动力性能好,且降低了对燃气调压系统的要求,在同样的气缸工作容积可容纳更多的新鲜充量,从而可多供给燃料,提高输出功率。

本实用新型涉及一种增压中冷气体发动机。 
背景技术
现有的增压气体发动机,由于采用的是先增压后混合的进气方式,对燃气调压系统要求过高,在实际运用中往往难以实现,其动力性能不能充分发挥,升功率较低,难以覆盖更高的功率范围。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种先混合后增压的进气方式,动力性能更好的燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
一种燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,包括进气管、排气管、气缸,其特征是:在排气管上装有增压器,在排气管出口到进气管之间装有空-空中冷器。
增压器包括压气机,压气机通过轴连接废气涡轮。压气机的进口连接燃气混合器。燃气混合器的进口连接空气滤清器。气缸缸径为135~140mm。 
本实用新型发动机动力性能好,且降低了对燃气调压系统的要求,在同样的气缸工作容积可容纳更多的新鲜充量,从而可多供给燃料,提高输出功率。

具体实施方式
一种燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,包括装有进气管1、排气管2、气缸3,在排气管2上装有增压器6,在排气管出口到进气管之间装有空-空中冷器4,增压器包括压气机5,压气机通过轴连接废气涡轮7,压气机的进口连接燃气混合器9,燃气混合器的进口连接空气滤清器10。 
本实用新型的原理是:当发动机运行时,排气管2中的排气能量带动废气涡轮7旋转,与废气涡轮同轴的压气机5叶轮同时旋转,空气滤清器10出来的空气进入混合器9与燃气进行混合,混合气再进入压气机5进行压缩,压缩后送往空-空中冷器4,混合气冷却后进入气缸3,这样混合气在进入气缸前得到压缩并冷却,从而使其密度增大,在同样的气缸工作容积下可容纳更多的新鲜充量,从而可多供给燃料,提高了输出功率。

1.一种燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,包括进气管、排气管、气缸,其特征是:在排气管上装有增压器,在排气管出口到进气管之间装有空-空中冷器。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,其特征是:增压器包括压气机,压气机通过轴连接废气涡轮。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,其特征是:压气机的进口连接燃气混合器。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,其特征是:燃气混合器的进口连接空气滤清器。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的燃用可燃气体的增压及增压中冷气体发动机,其特征是:气缸缸径为135~140mm。
