本实用新型涉及一种轧光机,尤其涉及一种印染行业用的双压型三辊轧光机。
背景技术
   现有的三辊轧光机包括出布装置、进布装置、机架、加热镜面辊、纤维辊和镜面托辊,加热镜面辊、纤维辊和镜面托辊都设置在机架上,其中加热镜面辊设置在纤维辊的上方,镜面托辊设置在纤维辊的下方,加热镜面辊和油缸连接;该三辊轧光机在工作时加热镜面辊在油缸作用下对通过热镜面辊和纤维辊的织物进行单面轧光一次;而当一些织物单面需要进行二次轧光时,就需要将织物重新放入轧光机再走一遍进行一次轧光,由此其生产效率就较低。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型目的在于提供一种能对织物单面进行连续二次轧光的双压型三辊轧光机。
   本实用新型的技术内容为:一种双压型三辊轧光机,包括出布装置、进布装置、机架、加热镜面辊、纤维辊Ⅰ和纤维辊Ⅱ;其特征是加热镜面辊设置在机架中间;在加热镜面辊的上方设一纤维辊Ⅰ,在加热镜面辊的下方设一纤维辊Ⅱ;在加热镜面辊的前上方设有一橡胶弯辊,在加热镜面辊的前下方设有一冷却水辊。
本实用新型将普通三辊轧光机上加热镜面辊移至中辊,并将上、下辊改为纤维辊,这样,上纤维辊与加热镜面辊、下纤维辊与加热镜面辊就形成两个热轧点,将并普通三辊轧光机的单向加压改为上、下加压轧光机上的上、下分别加压;通过本实用新型需轧二次光的织物,在上、下加压轧光机上只需走一遍就能达到走两遍的效果。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:可以对织物单面进行连续二次轧光,由此提高了生产效率,即节能又能降低生产成本。

具体实施例
如图1所示一种双压型三辊轧光机,包括出布装置1、进布装置2、机架3、加热镜面辊4、纤维辊Ⅰ5和纤维辊Ⅱ6;其特征是加热镜面辊4设置在机架3中间;在加热镜面辊4的上方设一纤维辊Ⅰ5,在加热镜面辊4的下方设一纤维辊Ⅱ6;在加热镜面辊4的前上方设有一橡胶弯辊7,在加热镜面辊4的前下方设有一冷却水辊8。
本实用新型的工作原理为,织物经出布装置1进入加热镜面辊4和纤维辊Ⅱ6之间,纤维辊Ⅱ6由油缸推动向加热镜面辊4加压对织物进行第一次轧光,织物再经过冷却水辊8预缩及橡胶弯辊7开幅后进入进入加热镜面辊4和纤维辊Ⅰ5之间,纤维辊Ⅰ5由油缸推动向加热镜面辊4加压对织物进行第二次轧光;最后织物由进布装置2出来。

1.一种双压型三辊轧光机,包括出布装置(1)、进布装置(2)、机架(3)、加热镜面辊(4)、纤维辊Ⅰ(5)和纤维辊Ⅱ(6);其特征是加热镜面辊(4)设置在机架(3)中间;在加热镜面辊(4)的上方设一纤维辊Ⅰ(5),在加热镜面辊(4)的下方设一纤维辊Ⅱ(6);在加热镜面辊(4)的前上方设有一橡胶弯辊(7),在加热镜面辊(4)的前下方设有一冷却水辊(8)。
