本实用新型属于厌氧处理技术,特别涉及一种低污染物排放的沼气厌氧发酵处理技术。本实用新型的一种沼气厌氧发酵综合利用系统,包括沼气发酵装置、储气罐、沼气发电机、储料池、沼液池、固液分离机和气体回收罐。固液分离机通过有泵管道与储料池相连;沼液池输入端连接固液分离机;固液分离机将发酵产物和剩余物料分离为沼渣和沼液,沼液输送到沼液池储存;沼液池输出端通过管道与气体回收罐相连,沼气发电机通过管道与气体回收罐相连。本实用新型使发酵产物和剩余物被综合利用,做到无污染排放,大大提高了经济和社会效益。

本实用新型属于厌氧处理技术,特别涉及一种低污染物排放的沼气厌氧发酵处理技术。
背景技术
现有技术针对农业有机废弃物的利用有过许多解决方案,厌氧发酵是一种能将有机废弃物变为能源并进行无害化处理的技术。沼气厌氧发酵技术是将沼气燃烧发电后对沼气厌氧发酵产物进行处理。该技术不足之处在于:1、对沼气厌氧发酵产物处理不当产生二次污染,2、没有对沼气燃烧后产生的富含二氧化碳的废气进行处理,造成环境污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种高效环保的沼气厌氧发酵综合利用系统。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案如下:一种沼气厌氧发酵综合利用系统,包括沼气发酵装置、储气罐、沼气发电机、储料池、沼液池、固液分离机和气体回收罐。所述固液分离机通过有泵管道与储料池相连;所述沼液池输入端连接固液分离机;所述固液分离机将发酵产物和剩余物料分离为沼渣和沼液,沼液输送到沼液池储存;所述沼液池输出端通过管道与气体回收罐相连,所述沼气发电机通过管道与气体回收罐相连。
采用本实用新型的技术方案,固液分离机对发酵产物和剩余物进行处理,使其无害化;分离得到的沼渣和沼液可生产固体和液体有机肥;沼气燃烧发电后产生的富含二氧化碳废气和沼液池废气由气体回收罐收集,可作气体肥料,使发酵产物和剩余物被综合利用,做到无污染排放,大大提高了经济和社会效益。

以下给出本实用新型的具体实施方式,结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
如图所示,本实用新型一种沼气厌氧发酵系统,包括沼气发酵装置1、储气罐2、沼气发电机3、储料池4、沼液池5、固液分离机6和气体回收罐7。所述固液分离机6通过有泵管道与储料池4相连;所述沼液池5输入端连接固液分离机6;所述固液分离机6将发酵产物和剩余物料分离为沼渣和沼液,沼液储存于沼液池5;所述沼液池5输出端通过管道与气体回收罐7相连,所述沼气发电机3通过管道与气体回收罐7相连。
废弃物通过沼气发酵装置1生产出的沼气被储存在储气罐2里,储气罐2向沼气发电机3输送沼气,沼气燃烧发电后产生的富含二氧化碳废气被输送到气体回收罐7,可作为促进作物生长的气体肥料。同时,沼气发酵产物和剩余物被储存在储料池4里,储料池4向固液分离机6输送沼气发酵产物和剩余物,经过固液分离机6处理后得到沼渣和沼液,分别作为固体和液体有机肥使用。
