本实用新型涉及一种节时保温杯,特别是一种能够将高温度水(80℃-99℃)迅速降至可饮用温度(60℃-70℃),避免或减少了等待时间,即冲即饮,省时方便;且能长时间保持在适宜的温度(1小时内温度可保持在50-60℃,90分钟以内温度可保持在40℃以上)的水杯。该水杯杯体由三部分构成,导热系数大于80W/m·K的导热层1、熔点在57℃-63℃、热容量大且导热系数小的填充层石蜡2、导热系数小于7W/m·K的外层3。结构简单,使用方便,制作成本低。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种日常用品,尤其是一种即冲即饮,很短时间即可达到可饮用温度60-70℃,节省等待时间,又可使温度长时间保持在50-60℃的节时保温杯。 
背景技术:
目前,公知的饮水类杯具大致分两类,一类是真空保温杯,其效果是减少热传递,如果倒入的是热水,热量散失很慢,可以在长时间内保持较高温度。另一类是普通水杯,材质一般为玻璃或陶瓷,散热较快。但在日常生活中经常会遇到这种情况,我们必须用很烫的水冲咖啡、芝麻糊、茶等,冲好后却因为温度太高需要等较长时间才能饮用,即使是没有保温性能的普通水杯也要等10分钟左右。(材料不同,杯子形状不同,是否盖盖,是否搅拌,散热快慢不同)。 
为了缩短或避免冲完咖啡后的等待时间,本实用新型提供一种杯具,该杯具不仅能使冲好的咖啡温度迅速降至可饮用温度,还可以长时间保持适宜的饮用温度。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该节时保温杯由三种材料组成,与杯内水接触的导热层是由导热系数大于80W/m·K的金属材料制成腔体。腔体内用高纯度石蜡填充,石蜡是非晶体,高纯度石蜡的熔点为57℃-63℃,常温下是固态,热容量大(随温度不同略有不同),导热性小。最外层用导热系数小于7W/m·K的材料制成。基于这些条件,在水温很高不宜饮用时,石蜡吸收大量 的热而熔解,从而使水温迅速降低,在很短时间内达到可饮用温度(60-70℃)。当水温降低后,石蜡凝固,放出大量热量,使水温长时间保持在较高的温度。(1小时内温度可保持在50-60℃,90分钟以内温度可保持在40℃以上)。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,即避免或缩短了等待的时间,又延长了可饮用时间。适用于学生、上班族等大量人群,为人们的生活带来很大方便。技术简单,制作成本低。

具体实施方式:
方式一:图1中:1.导热层可用铝合金材料,其导热系数约为214W/(m·k),导热性能良好。2.填充层可用高纯度石蜡。3.最外层可用中空玻璃材料。 
方式二:图1中:1.导热层可用铝合金材料,其导热系数约为214W/(m·k),导热性能良好。2.填充层可用高纯度石蜡。3.最外层用橡木。去掉空气或真空,即图1中4的厚度变为零。
