本实用新型公开了一种真空内燃式节能灶,其特征是:用铸铁浇铸或用金属板制成真空内燃式半圆形灶外壳;灶体外壳下部设计为凹弧形,圆筒形进风道插进灶外壳底板圆孔内连接在一起,伸出灶底板的圆筒口为进风口,圆筒形进风道上口与灶内凹弧形燃烧室壁下孔口焊接在一起,灶体内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿口与灶体凹弧形燃烧室外壳的上沿口焊接在一起,成为真空内燃式节能灶体,真空内燃式节能灶的上沿口设有排烟口;灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁上均布设有三条弧形支架或支撑板,三条弧形支架分别从凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿处延伸到灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的下孔口。真空内燃式节能灶上沿排烟口设为锯齿状凹槽或半圆形凹槽。

背景技术
锅灶是每个家庭,宾馆、酒店必备的生活设备。城乡居民一般使用的是液化气灶、天然气灶。、沼气灶。不论采用什么样的灶,灶具都给人们的生活提供了极大的方便,但是,就目前使用的锅灶而言,还存在一些不足的地方,例如,锅放在支架上,燃料无局限的在锅体外燃烧,不节能,浪费燃料,污染环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有锅放在支架上,燃料无局限在锅体外燃烧的缺陷,提供一种真空内燃式节能灶,该真空内燃式节能灶不但节能,不浪费燃料,燃料局限在锅体燃烧,热能得到充分利用。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种真空内燃式节能灶,包括圆筒形进风道、双层半圆形灶体、燃烧室、锯齿形排烟口和弧形内支架;其特征是:用铸铁浇铸或用金属板制成真空内燃式半圆形灶外壳;灶体外壳下部设为凹弧形,灶体外壳底板为平面,圆筒形进风道插进灶外壳底板圆孔内接一起,圆筒形进风道下端伸出灶底板;伸出灶底板的圆筒口为进风口,,圆筒形进风道上口与灶内凹弧形燃烧室壁下孔口焊接在一起,灶体内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿口与灶体凹弧形燃烧室外壳的上沿口焊接在一起,成为真空内燃式节能灶体。真空内燃式节能灶的上沿口设有排烟口。灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁上均布设有三条弧形支架或支撑板,三条弧形支架分别从凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿处延伸到灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的下孔口。 
本实用新型所述的真空内燃式节能灶上沿排烟口设为锯齿状凹槽或半圆形凹槽。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该真空内燃式节能灶体设计为双层半圆形灶体、圆筒形进风道、排烟口,使用液化气、天然气、沼气燃料时,燃料在燃烧室内得到充分燃烧,燃料燃烧的火焰积聚到锅体,缩短烹饪时间;节省了燃料。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3、的实施例中:用铸铁浇铸或金属板制成真空内燃式半圆形灶体2,灶体2的上端设有锯齿状排烟口5,灶体2下部设为凹弧形,灶体2外壳底板上设有圆孔,圆筒形进风道1上端焊接在灶体2内壁上的圆孔内,圆筒形进风道1下端伸出灶体2底板外,伸出灶体2底板外的圆筒成为真空内燃式节能灶的进风口。灶体2内凹弧形燃烧室4内壁上设有均布设有三条弧形支架或支撑板3,分别将三条弧形支架3从凹弧形燃烧室4内壁上沿处延伸到燃烧室4内壁的下口。 
灶体2内凹弧形燃烧室4内壁上的三条弧形支架3用于放置小于灶口直径的锅、水壶,或加热容器。

1.一种真空内燃式节能灶,包括圆筒形进风道、双层半圆形灶体、燃烧室、锯齿形排烟口和弧形内支架;其特征是:用铸铁浇铸或用金属板制成真空内燃式半圆形灶外壳;灶体外壳下部设为凹弧形,灶体外壳底板为平面,圆筒形进风道插进灶外壳底板圆孔内接一起,圆筒形进风道下端伸出灶底板;伸出灶底板的圆筒口为进风口,圆筒形进风道上口与灶内凹弧形燃烧室壁下孔口焊接在一起,灶体内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿口与灶体凹弧形燃烧室外壳的上沿口焊接在一起,成为真空内燃式节能灶体,真空内燃式节能灶的上沿口设有排烟口;灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁上均布设有三条弧形支架或支撑板,三条弧形支架分别从凹弧形燃烧室内壁的上沿处延伸到灶内凹弧形燃烧室内壁的下孔口。
