本实用新型涉及LED照明技术,尤其涉及一种LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯泡都需要采用大功率LED,大功率LED所散发的热量较大较快,灯泡的散热不佳会导致LED的光衰并缩短LED的使用寿命,因此灯泡的散热性能非常重要。
目前,普通的LED灯泡的外壳散热孔采用竖立的直线形,散热面积较小,容易导致热量堆积而对灯泡有所损伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种LED灯泡,以增大外壳散热面积,提高灯泡的散热效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED灯泡,包括:一灯头,该灯头以与灯座相连接;一外壳,该外壳连接于灯头下端,外壳上分布有呈曲线形的散热孔;一散热器,散热器设于外壳内;一大功率LED光源,该大功率LED光源装设于散热器上;一反光杯,该反光杯设于散热器内;一透光罩,该透光罩固定于外壳下端。
优选地,所述外壳为塑料外壳。
优选地,所述大功率LED光源为集成封装大功率LED光源。
优选地,所述散热器之散热翅片为曲面涡旋状。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型在散热翅片采用曲面涡旋状及外壳采用曲线形的散热孔相结合设计,散热面积比现有直线形散热孔的散热面积更大,提高了灯泡的散热效率。本实用新型采用集成封装大功率LED,灯杯和透镜相结合光学设计,照度均匀,不会产生多重阴影,视觉感官良好;本实用新型还采用塑料外壳,使用安全可靠。

参见图1~2所示,本实用新型LED灯泡,包括:一灯头1,该灯头以与灯座相连接;一外壳2,该外壳连接于灯头下端,外壳上分布有呈曲线形的散热孔21;一散热器3,散热器设于外壳内;一大功率LED光源4,该大功率LED光源装设于散热器上;一反光杯5,该反光杯设于散热器内;一透光罩6,该透光罩固定于外壳下端。

作为本实用新型的优选实施方式,所述大功率LED光源4为集成封装大功率LED光源。
作为本实用新型的优选实施方式,所述散热器之散热翅片为曲面涡旋状,可增强散热器的散热效果。
