本实用新型涉及一种成槽机,特别涉及一种地下连续墙成槽的同步成槽机。 
背景技术
目前建造地下连续墙的成槽设备按其成槽机理可大致分为:挖斗式,冲击式及回转式,以上设备虽各有特点,但都存在成槽效率低,设备昂贵,结构复杂等缺点。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种高效率,低造价,结构简单的同步成槽机。 
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的。 
一种同步成槽机,包括高压进气管、排浆弯管、出浆钢管以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨;其特殊之处在于:同步潜水电机A与B分设于出浆钢管两侧,潜水电机A下设曲柄A,曲柄A通过连杆A铰接于摇臂A的上端,其下端铰接于刀臂A;潜水电机B下设曲柄B,曲柄B通过连杆B铰接于摇臂B的上端,其下端连于刀臂B,两刀臂上均设有削刀。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括高压进气管1、排浆弯管2、出浆钢管4以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨3;其特殊之处在于:同步潜水电机A6与B7分设于出浆钢管4两侧,潜水电机A6下设曲柄A8,曲柄A8通过连杆A10铰接于摇臂A12的上端,其下端铰接于刀臂A14;潜水电机B7下设曲柄B9,曲柄B9通过连杆B11铰接于摇臂B13的上端,其下端连于刀臂B15,两刀臂上均设有削刀17。 
本实用新型工作时,两同步潜水电机同步转动,潜水电机A6驱动曲柄8转动时,通过连杆10推拉摇臂12的上端,其下端便推拉刀臂14左右运动,同理刀臂17便右左运动,两刀臂相向,同步往复运动,刀臂上的削刀17便切割地层成槽,成槽泥渣由反循环系统置换。 
本实用新型在使用过程中应和钻机,空压机,吊车配合使用,造槽初始,首先在槽段中央部位用钻机钻一钻孔,其后将出浆钢管4置入孔中,将成槽器卡入出浆钢管的导轨3上。用吊车吊住吊环5,然后启动两同步潜水电机,使成槽刀具工作,再启动空压机,使气举反循环系统工作,如此,完成其成槽过程。 
本实用新型是地下连续墙成槽的专用器具。

1.一种同步成槽机,包括高压进气管(1)、排浆弯管(2)、出浆钢管(4)以及固定在出浆钢管两边的两条导轨(3);其特征在于:同步潜水电机A(6)与B(7)分设于出浆钢管(4)两侧,潜水电机A(6)下设曲柄A(8),曲柄A(8)通过连杆A(10)铰接于摇臂A(12)的上端,其下端铰接于刀臂A(14);潜水电机B(7)下设曲柄B(9),曲柄B(9)通过连杆B(11)铰接于摇臂B(13)的上端,其下端连于刀臂B(15),两刀臂上均设有削刀(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同步成槽机,其特征在于:所述成槽机设有两个同步潜水电机。
