电容器是电子设备中大量使用的电子元件之一,广泛应用于隔直、耦合、旁路、滤波、调谐回路、能量转换、控制电路等方面。现有技术中,电容器的导线是插接在接线端子上的,接线端子通过簧片与芯体连接,这样的结构导致电容器易出现打火,及性能不稳定的问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种电容器,以解决现有技术的电容易打火,性能不稳定的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种电容器,包括有电容器的壳体,所述壳体中设置有电容芯体,位于壳体顶部盖合有端盖,位于端盖下方的壳体中紧贴端盖底部设置有环氧层,其特征在于:所述端盖上安装有接线座,接线座中设置有接线端子,位于所述芯体顶部设置有接线柱,所述接线端子底端伸入壳体中并与所述接线柱连接,所述接线端子顶端焊接有导线。
本实用新型结构简单,易于实现,导线直接焊接在接线端子顶端,同时接线端子底端通过接线柱与芯体连接,这样避免了电容器出现打火,及电容器性能不稳定的问题。本实用新型大大提高了电容器的稳定性,也增强了电容器使用的安全性。

如图1所示。一种电容器,包括有电容器的壳体1,壳体1中设置有电容芯体2,位于壳体1顶部盖合有端盖3,位于端盖3下方的壳体1中紧贴端盖3底部设置有环氧层4,端盖4上安装有接线座5,接线座5中设置有接线端子6,位于芯体2顶部设置有接线柱7,接线端子6底端伸入壳体1中并与接线柱7连接,接线端子6顶端焊接有导线8。
