一种淋浴节能装置,属于余热回收节能技术领域。它包括集水板和热管,集水板的上侧面开设有网状的凹槽,热管布置在凹槽内,且所有热管连接到一起后向集水板外延伸出一加热段,加热段的外侧套置一套管,套管两端和加热段密闭连接后形成一空腔,且在套管的上下端分别设有和空腔贯通的第一管口和第二管口,两管口分别用于外源水的进和出。本实用新型可以对淋浴用过的热水中的热量进行部分回收,回收的热量可以用对其他冷水源进行预热,节能效果显著。

本实用新型涉及余热回收节能技术领域,具体地说是一种针对淋浴场合废弃热水再利用的淋浴节能装置。
背景技术
在洗澡堂或其他需要热水喷淋的工业领域中,淋浴过程中需要使用大量的热水,热水自淋浴装置中的喷头喷出后一般就直接进入下水道白白浪费掉。事实上,这部分热水的温度一般在40摄氏度左右,这部分热水含有相当的热量,造成了能源的巨大浪费,现在还未能实现对其中的热能进行有效利用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种淋浴节能装置,安装在淋浴场合,可以对淋浴用过的热水中的热量进行部分回收,回收的热量可以用对其他冷水源进行预热。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:该种淋浴节能装置,涉及淋浴装置,其特征是,包括集水板和热管,所述集水板的上侧面开设有网状的凹槽,所述热管布置在凹槽内,且所有热管连接到一起后向集水板外延伸出一加热段,所述加热段的外侧套置一套管,所述套管两端和加热段密闭连接后形成一空腔,且在套管的上下端分别设有和空腔贯通的第一管口和第二管口,两管口分别用于外源水的进和出。
所述凹槽内的热管是倾斜设置的。
所述集水板的上表面具有自四周向凹槽逐步降低的坡度,便于水的汇集。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以对淋浴用过的热水中的热量进行部分回收,回收的热量可以用对其他冷水源进行预热,节能效果显著。

具体实施方式
如图1~图5所示,该种淋浴节能装置,包括集水板1和热管2。
集水板1为一体式结构,是用来安放热管的,并是可以用来站人的平台,可以为混凝土结构,也可以为其他的成型结构。
集水板1的上侧面预留有网状的凹槽11,凹槽的作用是使水流汇集到凹槽内,为便于水的汇流,在集水板的上表面向凹槽逐渐降低的坡度。多个热管彼此连接成一体,热管2布置在凹槽11内。为增加换热效果,热管倾斜设置,这样凹槽内有水流过时,热管可以吸收和传递热量。热管连接到一起后向集水板外延伸出一加热段21,加热段是热管的一部分,加热段的外侧套置并焊接一套管3,套管两端和加热段密闭焊接,在套管和加热段之间构成一个密闭的空腔4,且在套管的上下端分别设有分别和空腔贯通的第一管口5和第二管口6,用于外源水的进和出。热管优先使用中国专利97180042.1制造的热管。
使用时,本装置安装在喷头7的下方。待淋浴的物体可以使用喷头的水进行正常的淋浴,淋浴废水在集水板1被收集起来,热管2对废水中的热量进行转移,加热段对套管3内的外源水进行加热,可以直接在第二管口6出热水使用,也可以将本实用新型接入锅炉系统中,对锅炉用水进行预热。
