本实用新型涉及一种建筑用装饰保温材料,尤其是一种有较好的防火性能的装饰保温板。
背景技术
随着环保、节能、低碳和建立节约型社会的需要,各种建筑墙体保温技术不断涌现,因此出现了装饰保温复合板。保温装饰板多用于建筑内外墙上,在一定的程度上起到保温和装饰的效果。但是,目前市场上的保温层基本采用聚氨酯、XPS、EPS酚醛保温层,这些材料的防火性能最高只能达到B级,有的B级都达不到,因此在防火安全中留有隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有较高防火性能的装饰保温板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种装饰保温板,包括装饰面板和作为保温层的岩棉保温板,所述的装饰面板与岩棉保温板直接胶黏复合在一起。
进一步的说,为了增加防火效果,使得防火性能达到国家防火A级标准,本实用新型所述的岩棉保温板的密度为150~160kg/m3,厚度为2~4cm。
再进一步的说,根据不用的场合的应用需求,本实用新型所述的装饰面板可以为金属面板或铝塑面板或油漆面板。
本实用新型的有益效果是,解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,在保证保温装饰板强度的基础上,有效的利用了岩棉的高阻燃性和保温性能,从而满足了国家强制性的防火要求,使得防火等级达到A级标准。

根据本实用新型其他实施例,所述的装饰面板1还可以为铝塑面板或油漆面板。

3.如权利要求1所述的装饰保温板,其特征在于:所述的岩棉保温板(2)的密度为150~160kg/m3,厚度为2~4cm。
