众所周知,延展机在其延伸压中,都是使用针板的相对运动,来对棉条进行拉直和梳理,而现有的针板由于植针密度和植针高度不足,存在着浮游纤维多,棉条硬块多,棉条不均匀的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种有效减少浮游纤维,棉条均匀,基本无硬块的延展机针板。其具体技术方案为:延展机针板包括针板体、针,针固定于针板体上,针尖与针板体表面的距离为17mm,沿针板体长度方向每100mm植针70枚。 
从本实用新型的技术方案可以看出,由于在延展机针板上增多了针,并且针的高度有了一定的提升后,上、下针板在对棉条进行拉直和梳理时,由于互相的间隔变小,通过的棉条基本都被拉直和梳理到了,因此,原游离于两针板间隔中的浮游纤维得以明显减少,棉条中的硬块得以疏松,使棉条更加均匀,完全达到了本实用新型的发明目的。
