现有技术的单履带微型联合收割机,如本发明人号为201020148047.X的微型联合收割机,其履带轮结构是设置前后两个圆筒式单体轮,包括一个驱动轮和一个从动轮。其圆柱面结构的轮面与履带紧密贴合,由驱动轮驱动齿孔式履带行进。田间作业时,这种履带轮的轮面易沾泥缠草,泥草裹覆轮面,占用了轮面与履带贴合区的空间,增加了负荷,严重影响整机运转。

本实用新型要解决的问题在于提供一种单履带微型联合收割机的履带轮改进结构,其结构简单,轮面无缠草现象,进入履带内的泥草可自动脱落清除。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案,包括一对履带轮,所述一对履带轮包括前履带轮和后履带轮,其特征在于:所述履带轮的轮面上设有至少一对触带凸环。其原理是:设置触带凸环结构,触带凸环凸出于轮面之上,履带轮轮面与履带的贴合形式,由原来的半圆柱弧面的贴合形式,改为设置一对或几对触带凸环的弧线形贴合形式,大大减少了履带轮轮面与履带的贴合面积,除了触带凸环所在弧线形贴合部,进入履带内的泥草不会整体受挤压贴于轮面出现缠草现象,而是会随着履带的转动自动从周边脱落清除。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种实施例包括一对履带轮,所述一对履带轮包括前履带轮和后履带轮,其特征在于:所述履带轮1的轮面上设有至少一对触带凸环2。其原理是:如图1所示,轮齿4与齿孔5啮合,带动履带3行进,设置触带凸环2结构,触带凸环2凸出于轮面之上高出数厘米,履带轮1轮面与履带3的贴合形式,由原来的半圆柱弧面的贴合形式,改为设置一对或几对触带凸环2的弧线形贴合形式,大大减少了履带轮1轮面与履带3的贴合面积,除了触带凸环2所在弧线形贴合部,进入履带3内的泥草不会整体受挤压贴于轮面出现缠草现象,而是会随着履带3的转动自动从周边脱落清除。
如图2、图3所示,一种改进是,所述前履带轮设有两对触带凸环2,所述后履带轮设有一对触带凸环2。
与实用新型类似的同类结构的等效变换,均落入本实用新型的保护范围。
