本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种背靠可调的折叠椅，能方便地对背靠进行调节以满足使用舒适性，使用安全可靠。
为此，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：一种背靠可调的折叠椅，包括背靠，坐凳面和支撑腿，其特征在于所述的背靠上螺接两扶手，所述的扶手内形成多个调节槽，所述的支撑腿上部形成一与所述调节槽相配的卡勾。向上抬起扶手，使卡勾与调节槽脱开，就能对背靠的倾斜度进行调节，调完后再放下扶手，使卡勾再与调节槽相配，实现固定。
所述的坐凳面与背靠螺接，所述的支撑腿包括相互螺接的前腿和后腿，所述的前腿与所述的坐凳面螺接。将背靠，坐凳面，支撑腿进行折叠，即能将椅子进行折叠，节省占地空间。
本实用新型使用者在坐着时就能自由调节背靠的倾斜度，使用十分方便，背靠可调范围较广，也可做躺椅使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示的背靠可调的折叠椅，主要由背靠1，坐凳面6和支撑腿构成，背靠1上螺接两扶手2，扶手2内形成多个调节槽3，支撑腿上部形成一与所述调节槽3相配的卡勾7。坐凳面6与背靠1螺接，支撑腿包括相互螺接的前腿5和后腿4，且前腿5与坐凳面6螺接。
使用时，向上抬起扶手，使卡勾与调节槽脱开，就能对背靠的倾斜度进行调节，调完后再放下扶手，使卡勾再与调节槽相配，实现固定。
