本实用新型涉及一种家具，尤其是一种靠背椅。
背景技术
靠背椅是家具中常见的一种，靠背椅坐起来让人觉得舒适，很多人喜欢在靠背椅上休息。为了提高靠背椅的舒适程度，现在有很多靠背椅设计成为靠背可以调节角度，座面很长，可以当床使用的结构。但是目前这样的靠背椅在使用过程中，靠背的调节需要手动操作单独的调节装置，难以在坐下的时候进行调节，而且由于座面设计较长，通常只适合躺，而不太适合坐，并且整个椅子的结构都很复杂，又很重，占用空间也大，调节机构容易损坏，通常的使用寿命都不长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种新的两用式靠背椅。它能坐在椅子上轻松调节靠背角度，椅面可以折叠，既适合躺，又适合坐，其结构简单、轻巧，占用的空间小，具有相当好的耐用性。
本实用新型的技术方案是：两用式靠背椅，它构包括扶手1、靠背2，扶手1后端与靠背2两侧连接；靠背2两侧的骨架3与后座4的后端连接，骨架3底部与推杆5的一端连接，推杆5的另一端与前座6的底面连接，前座6后端与后座4的前端连接；支架7固定在后座4两侧，扶手1与支架7之间设有活动调节机构8。
上述的两用式靠背椅，扶手1与支架7之间的活动调节机构8组成包括，扶手1底部设有的调节凹槽9，支架7上部设有的定位凸块10，定位凸块10定位在调节凹槽9中。
前述的两用式靠背椅，调节凹槽9为两个或两个以上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用扶手来控制靠背的角度和前座的变化，可以坐在椅子上轻松调节靠背角度，并控制前座的折叠，既适合躺，又适合坐；本实用新型的结构简单，占用的空间小，其小巧的造型，具有良好的美感，椅子的受力结构合理，避免了局部受到力过大，具有很好的耐用性。本实用新型还具有生产容易，成本低廉的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图1所示两用式靠背椅的结构包括扶手1、靠背2，扶手1后端与靠背2两侧连接；靠背2两侧的骨架3与后座4的后端连接，骨架3底部与推杆5的一端连接，推杆5的另一端与前座6的底面连接，前座6后端与后座4的前端连接；支架7固定在后座4两侧，扶手1与支架7之间设有活动调节机构8，如图3所示活动调节机构8组成包括，设置在扶手1底部的调节凹槽9，支架7上部焊接的定位凸块10，定位凸块10定位在调节凹槽9中，调节凹槽9为两个或两个以上。
本例中，当椅子处于收起状态时，将扶手1略微向上抬起，然后向后推，靠背2就向后仰，骨架3底部则将推杆5向前推，推杆5将前座6顶起，最后能将前座6推至与后座4相平，如图2所示形成一个较长椅面，适合人躺着休息；而扶手1与支架7之间设有活动调节机构8，它通过支架7上部焊接的定位凸块10定位在扶手1底部设有的调节凹槽9中，当扶手1向上拉起时，定位凸块10离开调节凹槽9，扶手1可以自由的前后移动，当放下扶手1，则可以让定位凸块10进入调节凹槽9中，固定扶手1的位置，调节凹槽9的数量可以根据需要固定的靠背2的角度来决定(本例中选用了7个)；人躺在椅子上的时候，重心在靠背2上，本使用新型将靠背2受到的力通过扶手1分散到调节凹槽9与定位凸块10上，提高了调节机构8的受力能力，提升了椅子的整体耐用性。

1. 两用式靠背椅，它构包括扶手(1)、靠背(2)，扶手(1)后端与靠背(2)两侧连接；其特征在于：靠背(2)两侧的骨架(3)与后座(4)的后端连接，骨架(3)底部与推杆(5)的一端连接，推杆(5)的另一端与前座(6)的底面连接，前座(6)后端与后座(4)的前端连接；支架(7)固定在后座(4)两侧，扶手(1)与支架(7)之间设有活动调节机构(8)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的两用式靠背椅，其特征在于：扶手(1)与支架(7)之间的活动调节机构(8)的组成包括，设置在扶手(1)底部的调节凹槽(9)，设置在支架(7)上部的定位凸块(10)，定位凸块(10)定位在调节凹槽(9)中。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的两用式靠背椅，其特征在于：调节凹槽(9)为两个或两个以上。
