本实用新型涉及一种光纤熔接机部件,具体涉及一种光纤熔接机滑块推进机构。 
背景技术
光纤通讯中,光纤熔接质量的好坏一般是通过熔接损耗和熔接点的强度来判断的,其中,前者的大小更为关键。而改进和提高光纤对准技术是提高光纤熔接质量、降低熔接损耗的主要途径。 
光纤在进行熔接时,推进过程显得尤为重要,滑块在推进过程中阻力的大小是否合适、推进速度的快慢等因素都会影响光纤的熔接损耗。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、推进匀速的光纤熔接机滑块推进机构。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种光纤熔接机滑块推进机构,包括步进电机、凸轮座、推进凸轮、滑块座、拨杆、轴、自润滑轴承、滑块和压板;所述推进凸轮安装在凸轮座上,由所述步进电机驱动的推进凸轮与拨杆接触,拨杆与滑块连接,滑块上固定有压板,所述自润滑轴承与滑块固定连接,自润滑轴承内设有轴,轴固定在滑块座上,滑块座与凸轮座固定连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该装置使用自润滑轴承,减小了轴承和轴之间的摩擦,最终能够使滑块在电机的带动下匀速推进。

     如附图所示:一种光纤熔接机滑块推进机构,其特征在于包括步进电机1、凸轮座2、推进凸轮3、滑块座4、拨杆5、轴6、自润滑轴承7、滑块8和压板9;所述推进凸轮3安装在凸轮座2上,由所述步进电机1驱动的推进凸轮3与拨杆5接触,拨杆5与滑块8连接,滑块8上固定有压板9,所述自润滑轴承7与滑块8固定连接,自润滑轴承7内设有轴6,轴6固定在滑块座4上,滑块座
4与凸轮座2固定连接。
本实用新型的推进凸轮3通过过盈配合,压入凸轮座2孔内,步进电机1的转动带动推进凸轮3转动,推进凸轮3的转动推动着滑块8的前进。

1.一种光纤熔接机滑块推进机构,其特征在于:它包括步进电机(1)、凸轮座(2)、推进凸轮(3)、滑块座(4)、拨杆(5)、轴(6)、自润滑轴承(7)、滑块(8)和压板(9);所述推进凸轮(3)安装在凸轮座(2)上,由所述步进电机(1)驱动的推进凸轮(3)与拨杆(5)接触,拨杆(5)与滑块(8)连接,滑块(8)上固定有压板(9),所述自润滑轴承(7)与滑块(8)固定连接,自润滑轴承(7)内设有轴(6),轴(6)固定在滑块座(4)上,滑块座(4)与凸轮座(2)固定连接。
