背景技术
目前冶金行业煤气管道上普遍使用的金属密封蝶阀,其金属密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上,与阀体上的阀座形成密封副,一般只能承受正向压力,反向承压能力差,一旦系统中介质有反向承向要求,则易造成阀门的泄漏,影响环境及人员的安全。
发明内容
为了克服现有金属密封蝶阀只能承受正向压力,反向承压能力差、易泄漏的不足,本实用新型提供一种双向金属密封蝶阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种双向金属密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、压圈、密封圈、蝶板、压板,阀座通过压圈安装在阀体内,阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封,密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上,密封圈与阀座形成密封副,阀座一端均布数个沉孔,通过螺钉联接在阀体上,螺钉端部与阀体之间还装有弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果是采用浮动式阀座结构,阀座能够随着受压方向产生位移,压向密封圈,反向密封可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种双向金属密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀座6、压圈2、密封圈7、蝶板9、压板8,阀座6通过压圈2安装在阀体1内,阀座6与阀体1之间通过O形圈3密封,密封圈7通过压板8固定在蝶板9上,密封圈7与阀座6形成密封副,阀座6一端均布数个沉孔,通过螺钉4联接在阀体1上,螺钉4端部与阀体1之间还装有弹簧5。
当反向受压时,在介质压力的作用在阀座6的左端面,阀座6克服弹簧5的作用力向右移动,压向密封圈7,从而实现可靠的反向密封。
