本实用新型涉及机械配件技术领域,具体是用于橡胶硫化工艺中的一种热压机的热板。 
背景技术
传统热压机热板的发热体大多采用电热管。为了使功率分布均匀,在热板设计时需要精确计算电热管的排布位置及功率分配,设计较困难;另一方面,电热管升温和均温都难以控制,且功耗大;另外,采用电热管作为加热体时,使得整个热板的厚度较厚。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型热板,在达到甚至超出现有电热管热板发热效果的同时,更能解决电热管热板存在的上述问题。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
一种新型组合式热板,包括叠加固定在一起的上导热板与底板,所述上导热板与底板之间夹设有膜片式电热片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:膜片式电热片现已成为一种较成熟的新型发热体,有现成产品,只需根据类型和参数选择即可获得;因电热片内为印刷电路,其温度及均温可控性强;相比发热管,其厚度明显降低,安装简易;采用只一面导热的膜片式电热片,使得热量只按照所需的传热方向传热,减小了热功率的损失,降低了设备加热功率,更省电,更环保。

参考图1,一种新型组合式热板,包括叠加后通过螺钉1固定在一起的上导热板2与底板3,所述上导热板2与底板3之间夹设有膜片式电热片4,该膜片式电热片4通过导线与外部电连接。
