[0003] 为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构合理、加热速度快、节能且使用方便的恒温电热水器。

[0005] 一种恒温的速热式电热水器,包括内胆和铸铝加热杯体,所述内胆和铸铝加热杯体内分别设有第一发热管和第二发热管,所述内胆内设有螺旋状的进水管道,该进水管道环绕在第一发热管外,在内胆内还设有通水管,所述通水管与铸铝加热杯体连通,在铸铝加热杯体上设有出水管;所述进水管道的进水口设有流量传感器,所述内胆和铸铝加热杯体内分别设有第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器,有控制电路板分别与流量传感器、第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器、第一发热管和第二发热管电连接。
[0006] 其中,所述进水管道呈螺旋状环绕在第一发热管外、从螺旋体的顶部朝下方延伸出出水口。
[0007] 另外,所述通水管一端升至内胆腔体的上部,另一端从内胆腔体底部伸出,并与铸铝加热杯体底部进水端接通。
[0008] 本实用新型的有益效果是:通过设置带发热体的内胆和铸铝加热杯体两个独立的腔体进行加热,在两个腔体内分别设置第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器,并在进水口设置流量传感器,利用控制电路板分别接收流量传感器、第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器反馈的电信号,然后通过控制电路板调整第一发热管和第二发热管的功率,相互配合加热,以实现恒温出水;而内胆中螺旋状的进水管道可以让冷水在该管道内流动时先进行预加热,成为温水,温水流入到内胆中与第一发热管接触再次加热提升为热水,热水经过通水管流入到另一边的铸铝加热杯体中,由控制电路板收到第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器反馈的温度值信号后,按输入的恒温指令调整第一发热管和第二发热管的功率进行加热,由于两组发热管独立加热,通过控制电路板接收各自独立的温度传感器信号来控制两组发热管交替加热工作,使所需恒温水从出水管流出。上述结构一方面实现了恒温出水的要求,另一方面节省了电能,具有加热快,能保证长时间使用水温恒定,方便了消费者使用,满足了消费者的需求。

具体实施方式
[0012] 参照图1、图2,一种恒温的速热式电热水器,包括内胆I和铸铝加热杯体2,所述内胆I和铸铝加热杯体2内分别设有第一发热管3和第二发热管4,所述内胆I内设有螺旋状的进水管道5,该进水管道5环绕在第一发热管3外,在内胆I内还设有通水管6,所通水管6与铸铝加热杯体2连通,在铸铝加热杯体2上设有出水管7 ;所述进水管道5的进水口设有流量传感器8,所述内胆I和铸铝加热杯体2内分别设有第一温度传感器9和第二温度传感器10,有控制电路板11分别与流量传感器8、第一温度传感器9、第二温度传感器10、第一发热管3和第二发热管4电连接。

[0016] 使用时,利用控制电路板11分别接收流量传感器11、第一温度传感器9和第二温度传感器10反馈的电信号,然后通过控制电路板11调整第一发热管3和第二发热管4的功率,相互配合加热,以实现恒温出水。
[0017] 而内胆I中螺旋状的进水管道5可以让冷水在该管道内流动时先进行预加热,成为温水,温水流入到内胆I中与第一发热管3接触再次加热提升为热水,热水经过通水管6流入到另一边的铸铝加热杯体2中,由控制电路板11收到第一温度传感器9和第二温度传感器10反馈的温度值信号后,按输入的恒温指令调整第一发热管3和第二发热管4的功率进行加热,由于两组发热管独立加热,通过控制电路板11接收各自独立的温度传感器信号来控制两组发热管交替加热工作,使所需恒温水从出水管流出。
[0018] 上述结构一方面实现了恒温出水的要求,另一方面节省了电能,具有加热快,能保证长时间使用水温恒定,方便了消费者使用,满足了消费者的需求。
Claims (3)
1.一种恒温的速热式电热水器,包括内胆(I)和铸铝加热杯体(2),所述内胆(I)和铸铝加热杯体(2)内分别设有第一发热管(3)和第二发热管(4),其特征在于:所述内胆(I)内设有螺旋状的进水管道(5),该进水管道(5)环绕在第一发热管(3)外,在内胆(I)内还设有通水管(6),所述通水管(6)与铸铝加热杯体(2)连通,在铸铝加热杯体(2)上设有出水管(7);所述进水管道(5)的进水口设有流量传感器(8),所述内胆(I)和铸铝加热杯体(2)内分别设有第一温度传感器(9 )和第二温度传感器(10 ),有控制电路板(11)分别与流量传感器(8)、第一温度传感器(9)、第二温度传感器(10)、第一发热管(3)和第二发热管(4)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温的速热式电热水器,其特征在于所述进水管道(5)呈螺旋状环绕在第一发热管(3)外、从螺旋体的顶部朝下方延伸出出水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温的速热式电热水器,其特征在于所述通水管(6) —端升至内胆(I)腔体的上部,另一端从内胆(I)腔体底部伸出,并与铸铝加热杯体(2)底部进水端接通。
