背景技术
断路器有真空断路器和机械断路器两大类,一般机械断路器的灭弧室内都要充进一些非氧化性的气体作为灭弧和绝缘介质。充六氟化硫气体的断路器是新面市的一种断路器,这些六氟化硫断路器大致可分为两类,一类为单室结构,即在原压气式的基础上增大寄生容积,称为膨胀式结构;第二类为双室结构,其第一室为热膨胀室即大电流开断室,第二室为压气室解决小电流开断。这两类灭弧室各有其优缺点,前者结构简单、成本低,但存在开断过程运行特性不稳定,后者与前者恰好相反,开断过程运动特性稳定,但结构较为复杂,制造成本高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上缺点,提供一种结构简单,功能稳定,维修方便的膨胀式户外高压六氟化硫断路器的灭弧装置。 
实现上述目的的技术方案是: 
实用新型提供了改进型自能式六氟化硫断路器的灭弧装置的结构中,其断路器灭弧装置包括热膨胀室一个气室。由静弧触头(1),静触指(2),灭弧室瓷套(3),喷口(4),主触头(5),动弧触头(6),压气缸(7),拉杆(8)共同组成一个灭弧室。拉杆(8)带动喷口(4),主触头(5),压气缸(7),动弧触头(6)上下运动,实现分合闸操作。静弧触头(1)与主触头(5),通过静触指(2)过盈连接。静触指(2)结构,采用自力型簧片,通过螺栓固定在静弧触头(1)周围构成。静弧触头(1)与主触头(5)之间的通过过盈来保证触点的接触良好。通过测试与普通弹簧环绕型静触指相比,接触电阻可以减小到50%。 
有益效果: 
(1)压气室大,小电流开断容易;(2)行程大,熄弧区间充裕; 
(3)结构简单,操作功率小,体积小,耗材少,环保高效。(4)触指结构合理,接触良好,检修周期长,适于频繁操作。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种改进型自能式六氟化硫断路器的灭弧装置的结构中,其断路器灭弧装置包括热膨胀室一个气室。由静弧触头(1),静触指(2),灭弧室瓷套(3),喷口(4),主触头(5),动弧触头(6),压气缸(7),拉杆(8)共同组成一个灭弧室。静触指(2),采用自力型簧片,通过螺栓固定在静弧触头(1)周围,静弧触头(1)与主触头之间的通过过盈来保证触点的接触良好,拉杆(8)带动喷口(4),主触头(5),压气缸(7),动弧触头(6)上下运动,实现分合闸操作。

2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型自能式六氟化硫断路器的灭弧装置,其特征是:所述静触指(2)由自力型簧片用螺栓固定在静弧触头前端构成。
