Abstract

一种LED半导体节能灯,它由LED及其低压直流驱动电路构成,其特征在于,该驱动电路由1~3μf/400V时降压电容、整流桥、20μf~470μf/16V~63V的分压-滤波电容、稳压管组成;在作路灯使用时,在该驱动电路输出端加入由光敏电阻控制的可控硅构成的光控开关电路实现对LED的光控。它是具有降压简单、安全、低能耗的节能灯。

LED半导体节能灯
一、技术领域
本设计LED半导体节能灯属电子灯具。 
二、背景技术
用超高亮度发光二级管(简称LED)作成的灯具是目前最节能的灯具,比白炽灯节能近五倍,比一般节能灯节能二倍。由于LED为低压器件,因此,LED须经一降压器电路才能与市电相连接使用。现今能实现降压的电路有许多,但寻求小电流型的降压简单、安全、能耗更小的LED驱动用降压器电路仍是令人关注的问题。 
三、发明内容
本设计的目的在于提供一种有降压更简单、安全、能耗更小的降压器的LED半导体节能灯。 
为实现上述目的,本设计提供的一种LED半导体节能灯由LED及其低压直流驱动电源电路构成。该驱动电路由降压电容C1,整流桥Vc,分压-滤波电容C2,稳压管Vs构成。其降压电容为1~3μf容量,400V以上耐压的高压电容,分压-滤波电容为大容量(20μf-470μf)低耐压(≥16V-63V)小体积电解电容,稳压管Vs稳压值视LED要求而定,LED主要为3~5W超高亮度发光二级管。 
本节能灯电路在作路灯使用时,还可在所述驱动电路的直流输出端加入由光敏电阻Rg控制的可控硅V构成的光控开关,实现对LED灯白天灭晚上亮的自动控制。 
本节能灯工作时,220v市电由C1降压后经VC整流再经C2滤波和VS稳压后直接或再通过光控可控硅开关电路驱动LED。这里节能灯电路实质上可认为是LED和电容两者以并联方式与市电相连。因此,由于电容的存在,节能灯的接入对电网而言,其功率因素,必然得到了改善,这在另一意义上本节能灯也在节能。 
四、附图说明
附图1为本LED半导体节能灯电路原理图,附图2为其具体实施电路之一图,附图3为本节能灯在作路灯使用时的光控节能灯电路图。 
五、具体实施方式
如附图2所示,一种LED半导体节能灯,它由电容C1(1μf/400v)、整流桥Vc(4×1N4007)、分压-滤波电容C2(470μf/16v)、稳压管(5v)和LED(3w.5v)构成。 
本设计已制成样品和经成功的试验。

1.一种LED半导体节能灯,它由LED及其低压直流驱动电路构成,其特征在于,该驱动电路由1~3μf/400v时降压电容、整流桥、20μf~470μf/16v~63v的分压-滤波电容、稳压管组成;在作路灯使用时,在该驱动电路输出端加入由光敏电阻控制的可控硅构成的光控开关电路实现对LED的光控。
