背景技术
人工钻爆法是我国铁路、公路隧道经常使用的开挖方法,钻孔施工时,围岩岩质较硬时,钻头采用“一字”形钻头;当围岩岩质较软时,采用“十字”形钻头,当开挖面围岩属破碎岩层时,风枪钻头的“卡钻”现象将十分常见。通常情况下,钻一个孔需要8-10min,而从钻孔中退出钻头和钻杆往往要1-2h,并且时常出现无法退出的现象,造成钻头、钻杆报费,极大的降低了作业工效,增加了施工成本。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有风枪钻头易发生卡钻导致钻头、钻杆报废,进而影响作业工效且增加施工成本的问题,提供了一种防卡钻风枪钻头。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:防卡钻风枪钻头,包括钻头主体,钻头主体后部的圆柱面上沿其轴线均布固定有若干钢板。在钻头退出过程中,遇到卡住钻头的石宵或碎块时,通过钻头后部钢板的钻动,将其磨成岩粉,在风钻高压水或风的作用下,将岩粉带出孔外,从而保证了钻头和钻杆从钻孔中顺利退出。
本实用新型通过巧妙地设计克服了现有风枪钻头易发生卡钻导致钻头、钻杆报废,进而影响作业工效且增加施工成本的问题,具有结构简单、操作方便且成本低的优点,主要用于解决隧道软弱围岩钻爆中存在较普遍的卡钻现象。

具体实施方式
防卡钻风枪钻头,包括钻头主体1,钻头主体1后部的圆柱面上沿其轴线均布固定有若干钢板2。具体实施过程中,采用砂轮机在钻头的后部圆柱面冲槽,深度2mm左右,数量为4-6个;利用砂轮机或冲床从3mm厚钢带上裁切长20mm,宽7mm三角形钢板2;采用电焊将钢片焊接在钻头后部冲槽内。或者将钻头主体1与钢板2作为一体,并采用高强度材料,增加钻头的使用寿命。
