背景技术
在型材加工过程中，需要将生产线上连续生产的成型型材，通过牵引切割机以切割成需要的尺寸。当型材通过高速运转的切割锯时，会产生大量的切割后碎屑，经由切割锯前端的空间溢出向生产线两侧飞散，影响了车间的生产环境。

针对以上现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种简单实用的型材加工切割防护装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
型材加工切割防护装置，所述防护装置为两块防护挡板，分别设置于切割锯前端的生产线两侧。
所述防护挡板的水平高度大于等于切割锯的水平高度。
本实用新型的有益效果为：在切割碎屑易溢出扩散处设置防护挡板，可以有效地防止切割碎屑飞散，降低碎屑对于车间生产环境的影响。

本实用新型提供了一种型材加工切割防护装置，为防止碎屑经由切割锯1前端的空间溢出，本实用新型在生产线上切割锯1前端，设置防护装置，为两块防护挡板2，具体设在切割锯1前端的生产线两侧。
本实用新型的目的在于防止切割后的碎屑从生产线的两侧飞散，故需要将防护挡板2的水平高度设置为大于或等于切割锯1的水平高度，以达到全面控制的效果。
本实用新型在切割碎屑易溢出扩散处设置防护挡板2，可以有效地防止切割碎屑飞散，降低碎屑对于车间生产环境的影响。

1.型材加工切割防护装置，其特征在于所述防护装置为两块防护挡板，分别设置于切割锯前端的生产线两侧。
