本实用新型公开了一种用于真空玻璃的布点装置，包括平板，平板上均匀设置有布点孔，布点孔的截面为漏斗状，布点孔的进口直径大于出口直径，布点方法，将平板放置在底层平板玻璃上，平板的底面距离底层平板玻璃1mm，然后将支撑柱放进布点孔的进口，支撑柱均布在底层平板玻璃上，极大地提高了生产效率。

    本实用新型涉及一种真空玻璃，具体地说，涉及一种用于真空玻璃的布点装置，属于玻璃制造技术领域。 
背景技术
真空玻璃一般是在两层平板玻璃之间用支撑柱支撑，再将两层平板玻璃之间的周边密封后抽真空得到的。 
在实现本实用新型过程中，实用新型人发现现有技术中至少存在以下问题，在生产真空玻璃的过程中，需要先将支撑柱均匀排布在底层平板玻璃上，目前一般采用人工布置的方式，生产效率低。本领域中，通常将排布支撑柱称为布点。 
实用新型内容
 本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对以上不足，提供一种用于真空玻璃的布点装置，克服了现有技术中真空玻璃排布支撑柱生产效率低的缺陷，采用所述布点装置后，生产效率高。 
 为解决上述的问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种用于真空玻璃的布点装置，其特征在于：所述布点装置包括平板，平板上均匀设置有布点孔，布点孔的截面为漏斗状，布点孔的进口直径大于出口直径。 
本实用新型采取以上技术方案，与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：平板上均匀设置有布点孔，布点孔的截面为漏斗状，布点孔的进口直径大于出口直径。使用时，将平板放置在底层平板玻璃上，平板的底面距离底层平板玻璃1mm，然后将支撑柱放进布点孔的进口，支撑柱就可以轻松地均布在底层平板玻璃上，极大地提高了生产效率。

实施例，如图1、图2所示，一种用于真空玻璃的布点装置，包括平板1，平板1上均匀设置有布点孔2，布点孔2的截面为漏斗状，布点孔2的进口3直径大于出口4直径。使用时，将平板1放置在底层平板玻璃上，平板1的底面距离底层平板玻璃1mm，然后将支撑柱放进布点孔2的进口3，支撑柱就可以轻松地均布在底层平板玻璃上，极大地提高了生产效率。
