光电耦合器是以光为媒介传输电信号的一种电—光—电转换器件。它由发光源和受光器两部分组成。把发光源和受光器组装在同一密闭的壳体内,彼此间用透明绝缘体隔离。发光源的引脚为输入端,受光器的引脚为输出端,常见的发光源为发光二极管,受光器为光敏二极管、光敏三极管等等。光电耦合器的作用很多,但在一些需要闪光等场合使用时,如控制车灯闪光器或施工提示灯等,需要给光电耦合器的发光源加驱动电路。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型光电耦合器,电路简单,使用方便,寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种新型光电耦合器,包括发光源、受光器,发光源是自闪发光二极管。自闪发光二极管不停地闪动发光,光线一亮一暗的,从而控制电路的通断。无需另外的电路来控制发光二极管的闪动,使用方便,效果好,寿命长。
受光器可以是光敏二极管、光敏三极管、光可控硅或达林顿三极管。这些元件在市场上货源充足,价格低,便于购买。
