背景技术
现有的灯具其灯头绝缘体与外壳的连接一般是采用直接螺纹连接,螺钉坚固连接或直接插入置式结构,这类结构成本高,生产效率低,有的容易产生松脱,不符合相关安规要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于解决以上的问题,提供一种结构简单,安装方便的旋扣式防脱灯头结构。 
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种旋扣式防脱灯头,包括: 
灯头绝缘体:其下部设有一组斜楔式类棘爪扣,背面设有以利于其弹性变形的避空位;
外壳:与灯头绝缘体配合,其结合面与灯头绝缘体斜楔式类棘爪扣配合处设有插入口、斜楔面及固定式防脱台。
所述的斜楔式类棘爪扣为均布设置的三或四个。 
所述的斜楔面与灯头绝缘体吻合,所述的固定式防脱台为半圆台结构。 
所述的灯头绝缘体肩部设有通风口,也可不设。 
所述的灯头绝缘体外圆面设有通风口。 
所述的外壳或散热体端面设有通风口,也可不设。 
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型由于在灯头绝缘体下部设有一组斜楔式类棘爪扣;外壳与灯头本体配合的结合面与灯头本体斜楔式类棘爪扣配合处设有插入口及固定式防脱台。将灯头推入插入口后正向旋转,由于外壳斜楔面口部设置有固定式防脱台,灯头与之配合的类棘爪扣(其背面有备空孔利于弹性变形),旋入后将灯头上的类棘爪扣卡住与外壳连接而不能脱出。灯头的肩部及外圆以及外壳或散热体端面可以设置通风口,能适合有通风需求的灯具使用,有效的解决了灯头易松脱弊端。装配操作非常方便,成本低,生产效率高,且可适合各种形式的灯头与外壳的连接。

如图1-图5所示的本实用新型的实施方式,一种旋扣式防脱灯头,包括: 灯头绝缘体1:其下部设有一组斜楔式类棘爪扣11;外壳2:与灯头绝缘体配合,其斜楔面与灯头本体斜楔式类棘爪扣配合处设有插入口21及固定式防脱台22。
实际使用中,所述的斜楔式类棘爪扣可为均布设置的三到四个。所述的斜楔式类棘爪扣背面设有空位以利于其弹性变形,所述的固定式防脱台为半圆台结构。灯头的肩部及外圆以及外壳或散热体端面可以设置通风口12、23,也可不设,能适合有通风需求的灯具使用。

灯头绝缘体:与外壳配合,其下部设有一组斜楔式类棘爪扣,背面设有以利于其弹性变形的避空位;
外壳:与灯头绝缘体配合,其结合面与灯头绝缘体斜楔式类棘爪扣配合处设有插入口及固定式防脱台。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种旋扣式防脱灯头,其特征在于:所述的斜楔式类棘爪扣为均布设置的三或四个。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种旋扣式防脱灯头,其特征在于:所述的固定式防脱台为半圆台结构。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种旋扣式防脱灯头,其特征在于:所述的灯头绝缘体肩部设有通风口。
