Abstract

本实用新型提供一种真空抽气处理装置，涉及一种工业真空装置，一种真空抽气处理装置，所述装置设有一缓冲罐，缓冲罐一端气管连接生产设备，缓冲罐另一端气管连接复数并联的真空泵。该装置可以同时对多台生产设备进行真空处理，也可以选择性的对所需的生产设备进行真空处理，即根据生产设备的生成数量和真空度要求，选择启动的串联真空泵的工作数。

本实用新型涉及一种工业真空装置，尤其涉及一种真空抽气处理装置。
背景技术
目前工业中，对生产设备的真空处理，一般是采用一台真空泵抽空一台生产设备里的气体，这种1对1的真空处理方式也是目前普遍采用的真空处理方式，1台真空泵对应1台生产设备，当真空泵坏掉后，真空处理也就要相应的停止，或真空度无法达到要求时，无法采取提高真空度的处理措施，这也正是一对一真空处理方式的局限性和不足之处。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处，针对现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种真空抽气处理装置。该装置结构简单，稳定性高。
为达上述目的，本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现：
一种真空抽气处理装置，所述装置设有一缓冲罐，缓冲罐一端气管连接生产设备，缓冲罐另一端气管连接复数并联的真空泵。
进一步地：所述生产设备由复数并联的生产设备组成。
进一步地：所述缓冲罐两端的气管处分别设有逆子阀。
进一步地：所述生产设备与气管连接处设有阀门A，真空泵与气管连接处设有阀门B。
本实用新型的优点在于：
该装置可以同时对多台生产设备进行真空处理，也可以选择性的对所需的生产设备进行真空处理；并能保证真空度及单台真空泵故障时不影响生产设备生产。

如图1所示：一种真空抽气处理装置，所述装置设有一缓冲罐1，缓冲罐1一端气管连接生产设备2，缓冲罐1另一端气管连接复数并联的真空泵3。
所述生产设备2由复数并联的生产设备组成。
所述缓冲罐1两端的气管处分别设有逆子阀4。
所述生产设备2与气管连接处设有阀门A5，真空泵3与气管连接处设有阀门B6。
将并联的真空泵3与并联的生产设备2进行串联，工作时，可以根据需要开启真空泵3的台数，当其中一台真空泵3坏掉时，还有其它的真空泵3继续工作，不会影响到整个的真空处理工作。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空抽气处理装置，其特征在于：所述生产设备（2）由复数并联的生产设备组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空抽气处理装置，其特征在于：所述缓冲罐（1）两端的气管处分别设有逆子阀（4）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空抽气处理装置，其特征在于：所述生产设备（2）与气管连接处设有阀门A（5），真空泵（3）与气管连接处设有阀门B（6）。
