本实用新型包括筒体、锯齿以及把手，所述筒体为上下开口的圆柱体，在筒体的内部加工锯齿，筒体的两侧固接对应把手。
本实用新型是这样拧塑料瓶瓶盖的，将筒体套住瓶盖，利用锯齿卡住瓶盖，手握手柄，转动拧开瓶盖；加工时，可根据瓶盖的大小加工筒体的内部半径，以便匹配不同型号的瓶盖。
