见附图，本发明一种启盖器，其特征是：该启盖器尾部的圆柱形手柄1-1通过连杆1-2与其前端的拉钩连为一体。将启盖器前拉钩插进软质塑料瓶底环2-2中，使连杆处在瓶盖边上，一只手把住瓶体2-3，另一只手手持圆柱形手柄1-1向下压，或用手握持手柄向上拉，将瓶盖启下，替代了长期以来护理人员用手指置于瓶底塑料环向上揪的操作方式，省工省力，具有结构简单，操作方便，启瓶速度快，工作效率高等特点。
