本实用新型公开了一种齿轮传动扭矩保护装置，包括主轴，在主轴上套有主动齿轮和从动齿轮，主动齿轮与主轴通过平键连接，从动齿轮与主轴转动连接，在主动齿轮与从动齿轮之间设有连接盘，在连接盘与主动齿轮上对应设有连接孔，在连接孔内插有保护销，连接盘与从动齿轮键连接。本实用新型的主动齿轮与从动齿轮通过连接盘相连，连接盘与主动齿轮通过保护销相连，主动齿轮带动连接盘转动，连接盘驱动从动齿轮转动，当轧制扭矩超过保护值时，主动齿轮便将保护销扭断，使其不再驱动从动齿轮转动，对齿轮及整个机器起到保护作用。

背景技术
楔横轧机为各种台阶轴类零件预锻初加工的机械设备，现有的楔横轧机多是采用齿轮传动，即齿轮带动齿轮，齿轮经过几级变速后增强扭矩力，齿轮安装在轴上，主动齿轮与轴通过平键连接起来；如果在生产过程中因生产件过大或其他因数所产生的扭矩过大，则造成模具或齿轮损坏，给生产带来难题、降低了工作效率、增加了加工成本。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了上述现有技术中存在的技术问题，提供了一种使用方便，可有效保护齿轮，降低维修成本的齿轮传动扭矩保护装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种齿轮传动扭矩保护装置，包括主轴，在主轴上套有主动齿轮和从动齿轮，主动齿轮与主轴通过平键连接，从动齿轮与主轴转动连接，在主动齿轮与从动齿轮之间设有连接盘，在连接盘与主动齿轮上对应设有连接孔，在连接孔内插有保护销，连接盘与从动齿轮键连接。
作为优选，在连接盘与主动齿轮结合处的保护销的外周上周向设有缺口。
作为优选，在从动齿轮的端面上设有间隔相对的两个挡块，两挡块之间形成键槽，在连接盘上对应设有键，连接盘上的键插入到键槽内。

本实用新型的主动齿轮与从动齿轮通过连接盘相连，连接盘与主动齿轮通过保护销相连，主动齿轮带动连接盘转动，连接盘驱动从动齿轮转动，当轧制扭矩超过保护值时，主动齿轮便将保护销扭断，使其不再驱动从动齿轮转动，对齿轮及整个机器起到保护作用。

实施例：一种齿轮传动扭矩保护装置，如图1～5所示，包括主轴1，在主轴1上套有主动齿轮2和从动齿轮3，主动齿轮2与主轴1通过平键连接，从动齿轮3与主轴1转动连接，在主动齿轮2与从动齿轮3之间设有连接盘4，在连接盘4与主动齿轮3上对应设有连接孔，在连接孔内插有保护销5，在连接盘4与主动齿轮2结合处的保护销的外周上周向设有缺口6。
在从动齿轮3的端面上设有间隔相对的两个挡块7，两挡块7之间形成键槽8，在连接盘4上对应设有键9，连接盘4上的键9插入到键槽8内。

1.一种齿轮传动扭矩保护装置，其特征是：包括主轴，在主轴上套有主动齿轮和从动齿轮，主动齿轮与主轴通过平键连接，从动齿轮与主轴转动连接，在主动齿轮与从动齿轮之间设有连接盘，在连接盘与主动齿轮上对应设有连接孔，在连接孔内插有保护销，连接盘与从动齿轮键连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮传动扭矩保护装置，其特征是：在连接盘与主动齿轮结合处的保护销的外周上周向设有缺口。
