    本实用新型属于荧光灯领域,具体涉及一种直管荧光灯灯头。
背景技术
直管荧光灯按灯管直径分有T2、T3、T4、T5及T8等规格,目前市场上常用的直管荧光灯灯头都是由灯管、铝套、中空的铜针等部件组合而成,其中灯管上包含有阴极(芯柱)、灯丝等,中空的铜针是直接铆接在铝套上的,在组装时通过热胶把已经铆接好中空铜针的铝套直接粘在灯管的两头,而灯管上的两组灯丝需要分别的穿入中空的铜针内,并通过在铜针上打钉使得铜针能与灯丝牢固的连接在一起。在原材料价格突飞的今天,节省成本无疑是每个厂家的工作重点。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种直管荧光灯灯头的技术方案。

本实用新型将直管荧光灯灯头的灯管套设置为一端大一端小的筒状结构,灯管套的大端与T5或T4的灯管座相匹配,灯管套的小端与T3灯管相匹配,这样可以将T3的灯管通过灯管套安装在T5或T4灯管座上,节约了成本,相对于目前市场上的直管荧光灯灯头,更安全,加工更方便。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明对本实用新型做详细的描述:
一种直管荧光灯灯头,包括灯管4和灯头,灯头包括灯管套2和铜针1,灯管套2与灯管4通过胶水3粘接配合,所述的灯管套2为一端大一端小的筒状结构。具体实施时,可以将灯管套2采用耐高温塑料制成,此时所述的铜针1与灯管套2的大端嵌接配合,灯管套2的小端与所述的灯管4粘接配合;也可以将灯管套2采用金属材料制成,此时灯管套2的大端需要设置与灯管套2相配合的绝缘板6,所述的铜针1配合设置在绝缘板6上,以保证金属材质的灯管套2被绝缘材料隔离开。铜针1是中空的,灯丝5穿进铜针1后需要采用打凹钉的办法使灯丝和铜针牢固的连接在一起,灯管套2与灯管4采用胶水3胶接成一体。 
灯管套2的大端与T5灯管座相匹配,一般灯管套2的大端直径应当不小于14.5mm;灯管套2的小端与T3灯管相匹配,一般灯管套2的小端直径应当小于 或等于10.5mm,这样可以将T3的灯管通过灯管套2安装在T5灯管座上,节约成本,相对于目前市场上的直管荧光灯灯头,更安全,加工更方便。
灯管套2的大端与T4灯管座相匹配,一般灯管套2的大端直径应当不小于11.5mm;灯管套2的小端与T3灯管相匹配,一般灯管套2的小端直径应当小于或等于10.5mm,这样可以将T3的灯管通过灯管套2安装在T4灯管座上,节约成本,相对于目前市场上的直管荧光灯灯头,更安全,加工更方便。
本实用新型不局限于上述实施例,依照上述实施例所作各种变形或套用均在此技术方案保护范围之内。

1.一种直管荧光灯灯头,包括灯管和灯头,其特征在于灯头包括灯管套和铜针,灯管套与灯管通过胶水粘接配合;所述的灯管套为一端大一端小的筒状结构,所述的铜针与灯管套的大端嵌接配合,灯管套的小端与所述的灯管粘接配合。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套的大端与T5灯管座相匹配,灯管套的小端与T3灯管相匹配。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套的大端与T4灯管座相匹配,灯管套的小端与T3灯管相匹配。
4.根据权利要求书2所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套的大端直径不小于14.5mm,灯管套的小端直径小于或等于10.5mm。
5.根据权利要求书3所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套的大端直径不小于11.5mm,灯管套的小端直径小于或等于10.5mm。
6.根据权利要求书1或2或3或4或5所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套采用耐高温塑料制成。
7.根据权利要求书1或2或3或4或5所述的一种直管荧光灯灯头,其特征在于所述灯管套采用金属材料制成,灯管套的大端设置有与灯管套相配合的绝缘板,所述的铜针配合设置在绝缘板上。
