本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,具体为一种LED灯泡。包括灯头、芯柱和玻璃泡,芯柱与玻璃泡构成密封体,灯头与玻璃泡胶接配合构成LED灯泡,其特征在于所述芯柱下方配合设置发光体,发光体由基板和LED组成,基板上方焊接设置LED驱动板,LED驱动板与芯柱中部的钢针通过卡盘连接,LED驱动板上引出的两根导线与芯柱上的两根导电丝一端焊接,两根导电丝另一端与灯头焊接。本实用新型将LED做成普泡的结构,能够像普泡那样360度全方位发出均匀一致的光,大大降低了能耗,且增强了发光效率,同时也节省了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,具体为一种LED灯泡。
背景技术
在照明产品中,普通灯泡灯(简称普泡)是一种使用非常普遍的产品,无论是在家居照明,还是商业照明,办公照明等各个领域都在广泛的使用。
普泡类的照明产品有着悠久的使用历史,从爱迪生发明灯泡以来一直到今天都在广泛的使用,这类照明产品属于气体放电灯类照明产品,通过钨丝通电后发热发光,其发光效率低,能耗高是其主要的特点。随着LED的推广,设计一种LED灯泡灯代替普泡就变得非常必要了。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED灯泡的技术方案。
所述的一种LED灯泡,包括灯头、芯柱和玻璃泡,芯柱与玻璃泡构成密封体,灯头与玻璃泡胶接配合构成LED灯泡,其特征在于所述芯柱下方配合设置发光体,发光体由基板和LED组成,基板上方焊接设置LED驱动板,LED驱动板与芯柱中部的钢针通过卡盘连接,LED驱动板上引出的两根导线与芯柱上的两根导电丝一端焊接,两根导电丝另一端与灯头焊接。
所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述基板设置为截面是多边形的筒状结构,LED设置在多边形基板的每个面上,基板截面多边形的边数为3-10条。
所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述基板截面多边形的边数为6条。
所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述卡盘通过其下部两端的卡钩与LED驱动板相卡接。
所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述钢针上端固定在芯柱中部,钢针下端与卡盘焊接。
所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述玻璃泡为圆形、螺旋形或葫芦形。
本实用新型将LED做成普泡的结构,能够像普泡那样360度全方位发出均匀一致的光,大大降低了能耗,且增强了发光效率,同时也节省了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
一种LED灯泡,包括灯头1、芯柱10和玻璃泡2,芯柱10与玻璃泡2构成密封体,灯头1与玻璃泡2胶接配合构成LED灯泡,在芯柱10下方配合设置发光体来替代现有普泡的钨丝;玻璃泡2为透明或半透明,形状设置为圆形、螺旋形、葫芦形或其他形状。
发光体由基板7和LED8组成,基板7设置为截面是多边形的筒状结构,整个基板7设置为长条形,LED8设置在多边形基板的每个面上,每个面上焊接的LED数量不等,基板7由高导热率的材料制成,如铝基板或铜基板,基板截面多边形的边数为3-10条,图3所示为基板截面是6边形。
基板7上方焊接设置LED驱动板6,LED驱动板6与芯柱10中部的钢针4通过卡盘5连接,具体安装时,可以将卡盘5通过其下部两端的卡钩9与LED驱动板6相卡接,钢针4上端固定在芯柱10中部,钢针4下端与卡盘5焊接,这样保证发光体的居中位置,以保证该LED灯泡在360度全方位发出的光均匀一致。
LED驱动板6上引出的两根导线3与芯柱10上的两根导电丝11一端焊接,两根导电丝11另一端与灯头1焊接,保证发光体与金属灯头连通,并将灯头与玻璃泡通过胶泥牢固的胶接成一体。
本实用新型的发光体与芯柱上的导电丝焊接成一体后设置在玻璃泡的内部,玻璃泡与芯柱上的喇叭口通过封口工艺封接成一个密闭的腔体,然后将密闭腔体内部的空气通过排气管抽出,并充入一定配比的用于散热、冷却作用的惰性气体,将排气管封住后切断到合适长度,完成整个封口过程。这样,发光体就能稳固的固定在玻璃泡的内部中央位置,保证发光体的居中位置,以保证该LED灯泡在360度全方位发出的光均匀一致。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED灯泡,包括灯头、芯柱和玻璃泡,芯柱与玻璃泡构成密封体,灯头与玻璃泡胶接配合构成LED灯泡,其特征在于所述芯柱下方配合设置发光体,发光体由基板和LED组成,基板上方焊接设置LED驱动板,LED驱动板与芯柱中部的钢针通过卡盘连接,LED驱动板上引出的两根导线与芯柱上的两根导电丝一端焊接,两根导电丝另一端与灯头焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述基板设置为截面是多边形的筒状结构,LED设置在多边形基板的每个面上,基板截面多边形的边数为3-10条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述基板截面多边形的边数为6条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述卡盘通过其下部两端的卡钩与LED驱动板相卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述钢针上端固定在芯柱中部,钢针下端与卡盘焊接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯泡,其特征在于所述玻璃泡为圆形、螺旋形或葫芦形。
