背景技术
现有的户外交流低压隔离开关熔丝连接处为铜铝压接，铜铝金属之间在外界因素的影响下，极易氧化腐蚀。在电离的作用下，铜铝连接金属之间会形成氧化膜，造成接触电阻增大，使开关连接部位温度升高。长期运行后会引起开关中间连接部位强度降低，在变台停送电操作过程中造成连接部位断裂损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种可以降低本体温度，提高供电可靠性的过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关包括动触头、静触头、螺栓 、蝶形螺母、保险片、挂钩、挂杆、连接板、绝缘座，其特点是动触头每片刀闸的外侧中间与保险片连接处分别固定设有一个螺栓，每个螺栓上套装一个铜、铝片粘合成的过渡板，过渡板的内侧分别压装在动触头刀闸片的外侧，过渡板的外侧分别压装保险片的两端，保险片的两端由蝶形螺母锁紧固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关杜绝保险片与开关连接处因铜铝氧化造成的温度升高，降低了过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关本体温度，延长了使用寿命，减少了作业工作量，降低了设备维护成本，提高了供电可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施例，参照附图1，过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关的底座8上固定设有左、右两个绝缘座7，左侧绝缘府7上用螺栓和螺母螺纹连接一个静触头11。右侧绝缘座7上用螺栓和螺母螺纹连接一个静触头11和连接板6，连接板6上内、外两侧分有一个挂钩4，两个挂钩4的沟槽内穿装一个挂杆5。挂杆5两端分别固定连接动触头1的一端。外侧动触头1的刀闸片上用螺栓和螺母螺纹连接一个断、合闸拉孔板12，动触头1每片刀闸片的外侧中间与保险片3连接处分别固定设有一个螺栓10，每个螺栓10上套装一个铜、铝片粘合成的过渡板2，过渡板2的内侧分别压装在动触头1刀闸片外侧，过渡板2的外侧分别压装保险片3的两端，保险片3的两端由蝶形螺母9锁紧固定。

1.一种过渡板式户外交流低压隔离开关，包括动触头（1）、静触头（11）、螺栓（10）、蝶形螺母（9）、保险片（3）、挂钩（4）、挂杆（5）、连接板（6）、绝缘座（7），其特征在于动触头（1）每片刀闸的外侧中间与保险片（3）连接处分别固定设有一个螺栓（10），每个螺栓（10）上套装一个铜、铝片粘合成的过渡板（2），过渡板（2）的内侧分别压装在动触头（1）刀闸片的外侧，过渡板（2）的外侧分别压装保险片（3）的两端，保险片（3）的两端由蝶形螺母（9）锁紧固定。
