本实用新型公开了一种具有太阳能除霜系统的机械式冷藏车,提供一种使用太阳能作为机械式冷藏车蒸发器除霜的热能能源,满足节能、环保要求的冷藏车。在冷藏车车厢外部安装有太阳能发电板,在冷藏车内部安装有蓄电池,所述太阳能发电板与所述蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池通过除霜控制开关与电热丝连接,所述电热丝安装在蒸发器表面上。本实用新型的机械式冷藏车通过太阳能发电板发电,将电能储存在蓄电池内,由蓄电池给除霜系统中的电热丝供电,电热丝发热加热蒸发器进行除霜,能够节省燃油,降低耗油量,达到环保、节能的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有太阳能除霜系统的机械式冷藏车。 
背景技术
目前,我国公路冷藏运输的工具主要是机械式冷藏车,但机械式冷藏车蒸发器极易结霜,随着机组运行时间的延长,霜层逐渐覆盖整个蒸发器,霜层导热热阻逐渐增大,同时霜层逐渐堵塞蒸发器,使通过蒸发器的空气流量越来越小,严重地破坏了空气与制冷剂之间的换热,使蒸发器的换热量大大的减少,严重的影响了冷藏车的制冷量,造成车内温度的波动,因此机械式冷车蒸发器结霜对食品保鲜有很大的危害。 
目前的机械式冷藏车的除霜方式是热气旁通除霜,增加了汽车的耗油量,不能满足节能、环保的要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种使用太阳能作为机械式冷藏车蒸发器除霜的热能能源,满足节能、环保要求的冷藏车。 
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现: 
一种具有太阳能除霜系统的机械式冷藏车,其特征在于,在冷藏车车厢外部安装有太阳能发电板,在冷藏车内部安装有蓄电池,所述太阳能发电板与所述蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池通过除霜控制开关与电热丝连接,所述电热丝安装在蒸发器表面上。 
本实用新型具有下述技术效果: 
本实用新型的机械式冷藏车通过太阳能发电板发电,将电能储存在蓄电池内,由蓄电池给除霜系统中的电热丝供电,电热丝发热加热蒸发器进行除霜,能够节省燃油,降低耗油量,达到环保、节能的目的。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型具有太阳能除霜系统的机械式冷藏车的示意图,在冷 藏车车厢外部安装有太阳能发电板1,在冷藏车内部安装有蓄电池2,太阳能发电板1与蓄电池2连接,蓄电池2通过除霜控制开关4与电热丝3连接,电热丝3安装在蒸发器5表面上。 
太阳能发电板1覆盖在冷藏车厢体上。白天通过太阳能板发电,将电能全部储存在蓄电池内,当需要除霜时,由蓄电池给电热丝供电,电热丝发热加热蒸发器进行除霜,能够节省燃油,降低耗油量,达到环保、节能的目的。

1.一种具有太阳能除霜系统的机械式冷藏车,其特征在于,在冷藏车车厢外部安装有太阳能发电板,在冷藏车内部安装有蓄电池,所述太阳能发电板与所述蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池通过除霜控制开关与电热丝连接,所述电热丝安装在蒸发器表面上。
