背景技术
随着环保节能的意识逐步加强,LED照明技术越来越被重视,LED平板灯也随之普及。现有技术中,LED平板灯的灯条直接照射在灯罩上,如图1所示, LED平板灯的这种结构中PCB板未作任何技术处理,灯具的散热性能不好。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中LED平板灯散热性能不好的问题,本实用新型提供一种LED平板灯,使得PCB整板受热均匀且散热良好,提升了LED平板灯的散热性能。 
一种LED平板灯,包括灯体,电源驱动,灯条,扩散板,其特征在于,所述LED平板灯包含至少一个灯条,所述每一灯条由至少一个光源与至少一个恒流模块串联贴片于PCB上,所述PCB整块双面缚铜且布图设置面蚀刻少。 
所述光源在PCB上均匀布置。 
所述灯体包括灯盘及其固定边框。 
所述电源驱动与灯条连接,用于给光源及恒流模块提供电源。 
所述扩散板安装于所述灯条下方,将灯条所发光的光进行扩散。 
本实用新型通过对PCB整块双面缚铜且布图设置面蚀刻少,使得PCB整板受热均匀且散热良好,提升了LED平板灯的散热性能。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种LED平板灯,包括灯体,如图2中示出为灯盘3及其固定边框4共同组成灯体,电源驱动(图中未示出),灯条1和扩散板2,如图3所示,灯条由至少一个光源5与至少一个恒流模块6串联贴片于PCB上,所述PCB整块双面缚铜且布图设置面蚀刻少。扩散板2安装于所述灯条1下方,光源5所发出的光穿过扩散板2发光,扩散板2可以将灯条1所发光的光进行扩散, 恒流模块6所通过的电流相同且恒定,并保证光源5处于最佳工作状态,通过合理均匀排列光源5纵向、横向之间的距离,光源5在PCB上均匀布置,光源5及恒流模块6通过电源驱动提供电源。 
本实用新型通过对PCB整块双面缚铜且布图设置面蚀刻少,使得PCB整板受热均匀且散热良好,提升了LED平板灯的散热性能。

1.一种LED平板灯,包括灯体,电源驱动,灯条,扩散板,其特征在于,所述LED平板灯包含至少一个灯条,所述每一灯条由至少一个光源与至少一个恒流模块串联贴片于PCB上,所述PCB整块双面缚铜且布图设置面蚀刻少。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,所述光源在PCB上均匀布置。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,所述灯体包括灯盘及其固定边框。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,所述扩散板安装于所述灯条下方,将灯条所发光的光进行扩散。
