本实用新型涉及一种墙体,具体说是一种利用真空绝热板作为保温层的墙体。
背景技术
热水瓶的原理,人们已经熟知,把一个双层玻璃管中的空气抽走后密封形成一定的低压空间,就可以大大减少热交换,达到绝热的目的,这样既可以让开水保温,也可让冷饮保持冷冻。这是由于在绝热层中分子越少,真空度越高,分子运动热交换就越少,从而起到了绝热保温的作用。
将热水瓶原理运用于墙体中是技术人员一直研究的课题。

实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种利用真空绝热原理保温的墙体。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种利用真空绝热板保温的墙体,它包括:粗石墙面、外墙层、真空绝热板;所述真空绝热板位于粗石墙面和外墙层之间。
本实用新型中所述外墙层与真空绝热板之间可是有填充层。所述填充层采用填充泡沫。所述粗石墙面和真空绝热板之间设有填料层。所述填料层为沥青填料层和/或EPS保温层。所述真空绝热板之间设有PU保温层。
本实用新型利用真空绝热原理,大大降低了墙壁的厚度,同时还调高了墙体的保温效果,这是由于真空绝热板绝热性能比普通的绝热材料保温效果好。
本实用新型中所述真空绝热板由表层金属薄膜和玻璃纤维芯板构成,玻璃纤维芯板外层包裹表层金属薄膜,两端为热封口。
有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
采用了真空绝热板作为墙体内的保温材料,提高了墙体的保温效果,同时也减小了墙壁的厚度。
