  本实用新型专利涉及一种胶膜,尤其涉及一种适用于晶硅电池、薄膜电池、BIPV等光伏发电组件的内封装材料的EVA胶膜。
背景技术
  目前传统的EVA胶膜表层和底层都为光滑层,使用时导致胶膜的粘着力和耐久性程度不高。
 发明内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有很高粘着力和耐久性的一种EVA胶膜。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的: 
    一种EVA胶膜,包括胶膜层,所述的胶膜层的表层和底层为波浪状。表层和底层为波浪状使得胶膜具有很高的粘着力,使用效果明显提高,EVA胶膜主要应用在太阳能光伏领域,作为光伏组件的封装薄膜使用。
  作为优选,所述的胶膜层的表层为小波浪状,所述的胶膜层的底层为大波浪状。
  作为优选,所述的胶膜层厚度范围0.30mm~0.80mm。 EVA胶膜根据厚度的不同应用于不同的使用范围内。
  因此,本实用新型的一种EVA胶膜,结构简单,粘着力和耐久性高。

 实施例1:如图1所示,一种EVA胶膜,包括胶膜层1,所述的胶膜层1的表层2和底层3为波浪状,所述的胶膜层1的表层2为小波浪状,所述的胶膜层1的底层3为大波浪状,所述的胶膜层1厚度范围0.30mm~0.80mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述的胶膜层(1)的表层(2)为小波浪状,所述的胶膜层(1)的底层(3)为大波浪状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述的胶膜层(1)厚度范围0.30mm~0.80mm。
