本实用新型公开一种真空瓶盖,属于盛装日化乳液用品的包装瓶的零配件,包括带按头的盖体,按头上安装有与喷嘴连通的压管,盖体内设有带通孔的挡板,盖体内并位于挡板的下方设置有泵体,泵体的泵腔内由下而上依次设有阀门球、活塞、带有K形密封圈的柱塞,柱塞的上端穿过通孔配合套置于压管内腔,压管下端置于通孔内并可在通孔内滑动,压管的外壁上套有复位弹簧,且复位弹簧位于挡板上端面与按头之间,柱塞包括柱体和位于柱体底部的底托,柱体的下端为凸台,K形密封圈配合套在凸台外壁上,K形密封圈的内径大于柱体的外径;柱体的外径小于压管的内径,柱体的上端固定在压管的上端内腔。本实用新型可以不用配备吸管,也能进行乳液的抽吸。

技术领域
本实用新型公开一种真空瓶盖,属于盛装日化乳液用品的包装瓶的零配件技术领域。
背景技术
盛装日化乳液用品的包装瓶,其瓶盖主要有两种类型,一种是常规型盖子,使用时要将盖子旋开、拿离瓶口后,通过倾倒瓶体将乳液倒出;另一种是配合手压泵的真空盖,通过嵌压真空盖上的按头,并利用手压泵以抽取瓶内的乳液,这种真空盖使用较为方便。现有的真空盖主要包括盖体、按头、复位弹簧、泵体以及套装在泵体下端外壁上的吸管。现有结构的真空盖,其按头在复位的过程中,由于泵体的抽吸力度不够大,因此要配备吸管才能最终实现将乳液抽吸到泵腔内。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种不用配备吸管的真空瓶盖。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种真空瓶盖,包括带按头的盖体,按头上安装有与喷嘴连通的压管,盖体内设有带通孔的挡板,盖体内并位于挡板的下方设置有泵体,所述泵体的泵腔内由下而上依次设有阀门球、活塞、带有K形密封圈的柱塞,柱塞的上端穿过通孔配合套置于压管内腔,压管下端置于通孔内并可在通孔内滑动,压管的外壁上套有复位弹簧,且复位弹簧位于挡板上端面与按头之间,柱塞包括柱体和位于柱体底部的底托,柱体的下端为凸台,K形密封圈配合套在凸台外壁上,K形密封圈的内径大于柱体的外径;柱体的外径小于压管的内径,柱体的上端固定在压管的上端内腔。
所述柱塞的中间开有轴向通孔,活塞的活塞杆过盈配合卡置于轴向通孔内。
本实用新型真空瓶盖,在柱塞的下方配合设置活塞,使按头在复位的过程中,泵体内产生两级负压,一级是由活塞产生,另一级是由柱塞产生,由此产生大的抽吸力度,进而实现不用配备吸管就能进行抽吸的目的。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型真空瓶盖,包括带按头1的盖体2,按头1上安装有与喷嘴3连通的压管4,盖体2内设有带通孔5的挡板6,盖体2内并位于挡板6的下方设置有泵体7。泵体7的泵腔内由下而上依次设有阀门球8、活塞9、带有K形密封圈10的柱塞。柱塞的上端穿过通孔5配合套置于压管4内腔,压管4下端置于通孔5内并可在通孔5内滑动。压管4的外壁上套有复位弹簧11,且复位弹簧11位于挡板6上端面与按头1之间。柱塞包括柱体12和位于柱体12底部的底托13,柱体12的下端为凸台14,K形密封圈10配合套在凸台14外壁上,K形密封圈10的内径大于柱体12的外径。柱体12的外径小于压管4的内径,柱体12的上端固定在压管4的上端内腔。
柱塞的中间开有轴向通孔15,活塞9的活塞杆16过盈配合卡置于轴向通孔15内。
如图2所示,本实用新型真空瓶盖,在按头1下压后,压管4会带动柱塞下移,最终使K形密封圈10与凸台14脱离,乳液便通过K形密封圈10与柱体12之间的间隙进入压管4的内腔,最后从喷嘴3喷出。按头1将在复位弹簧11的弹性恢复力的作用下复位,复位过程中压管4带动柱塞上移,柱塞再带动活塞9上移,最终实现对瓶体内乳液的抽吸。

1.一种真空瓶盖,包括带按头的盖体,按头上安装有与喷嘴连通的压管,盖体内设有带通孔的挡板,盖体内并位于挡板的下方设置有泵体,其特征在于:所述泵体的泵腔内由下而上依次设有阀门球、活塞、带有K形密封圈的柱塞,柱塞的上端穿过通孔配合套置于压管内腔,压管下端置于通孔内并可在通孔内滑动,压管的外壁上套有复位弹簧,且复位弹簧位于挡板上端面与按头之间,柱塞包括柱体和位于柱体底部的底托,柱体的下端为凸台,K形密封圈配合套在凸台外壁上,K形密封圈的内径大于柱体的外径;柱体的外径小于压管的内径,柱体的上端固定在压管的上端内腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空瓶盖,其特征在于:所述柱塞的中间开有轴向通孔,活塞的活塞杆过盈配合卡置于轴向通孔内。
