背景技术
    传统结构的高容量镍氢电池都采用有孔泄气安全阀盖帽,其盖帽上设置有防爆孔,在内部压力过大的情况下,防爆孔会自动打开泄压,以防止出现爆炸的现象。但这种盖帽其防爆孔设计的不合理,通常会存在一定的安全隐患,安全系数也比较低。
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便,且安全性能高的高容量镍氢电池用盖帽。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,它包括有一整体可与电池壳体密封的帽体,所述的帽体下周边设置有环形的、可盖住电池壳体的阶梯形槽面,该槽面的中间设置有一防爆孔。
作为优选,所述的帽体的中间设置有外凸柱体。
作为优选,所述的帽体与外凸柱体相间处设置有三个泄气孔,该三个泄气孔呈环状分布,且两泄气孔间相隔角度为120°。
