本实用新型涉及一种阀门密封圈。
背景技术
传统浮动球阀的密封主要靠介质作用通过球体作用在球后密封圈实现压紧密封,在球阀关闭的状态下,传统结构的密封圈将球阀的进口端和体腔隔离成封闭的两个部分,其中体腔内的介质由于体积小更容易受到环境温度、压力的影响而压力升高,在压力得不到释放的情形下破坏密封圈的密封结构。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在压力超限时进行泄压的阀门密封圈。
为此,本实用新型提供的阀门密封圈,包括密封圈本体,密封圈本体的外侧面开设有沿密封圈厚度方向直线分布的泄压槽。
由于本实用新型提供的阀门密封圈的侧面开设有泄压槽,当体腔内的介质受到压力超过设定限制时,体腔内的压力就会通过泄压槽往阀门的进口端泄压,保护密封圈不受破坏,延长其使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型提供的阀门密封圈包括密封圈本体1,密封圈本体1的外侧面开设有沿密封圈厚度方向直线分布的泄压槽2,泄压槽2等距离均匀分布,共分布有四条泄压槽2。
