一种高亮度直射式日光灯管,包括透明灯管,其特征是灯管内卡套有隔板架,隔板架的中心轴上有与灯管轴线平行、表面涂敷荧光粉的隔板。只在隔板表面涂敷荧光粉,管内壁没有荧光粉层,当隔板上荧光粉层表面受激发光后,光线不需透过荧光粉层,而直接透过管壁向外发光,光线衰减小,在消耗功率不变的情况下,其亮度可提高2.5倍以上,若需得到原来的亮度,则可以显著降低消耗功率。由于设置隔板加大了荧光粉的涂敷面积,故同样亮度的日光灯管可以减小灯管尺寸,既节能又节约生产原材料。

背景技术
目前,常用的日光灯管是在透明的玻管内壁涂满荧光粉,荧光粉层表面受激发光,光线依次透过荧光粉层、管壁后向外发光,其不足之处是光线透过荧光粉层后将被衰减60%以上,相对降低了日光灯管的发光亮度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种光线衰减小、能耗低的高亮度直射式日光灯管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:高亮度直射式日光灯管包括透明灯管,其特征是灯管内卡套有隔板架,隔板架的中心轴上有与灯管轴线平行、表面涂敷荧光粉的隔板。
本实用新型由于采用以上结构改进,只在隔板表面涂敷荧光粉,管内壁没有荧光粉层,当隔板上荧光粉层表面受激发光后,光线不需透过荧光粉层,而直接透过管壁向外发光,光线衰减小,在消耗功率不变的情况下,其亮度可提高2.5倍以上,若需得到原来的亮度,则可以显著降低消耗功率。由于设置隔板加大了荧光粉的涂敷面积,故同样亮度的日光灯管可以减小灯管尺寸,既节能又节约生产原材料。

如图1,其重合剖面和局部剖视显示,高亮度直射式日光灯管包括透明灯管1,灯管1内卡套有隔板架,隔板架的中心轴2上均匀分布有六条与灯管1轴线平行、表面涂敷荧光粉的隔板3。隔板3可以为平板,也可以为弯板,弯板含弧形板和折弯板,本实施例为平板。

3.如权利要求1所述的高亮度直射式日光灯管,其特征是隔板(3)为弯板。
