背景技术
用于海底的电缆、光缆或是光电复合缆需要很高的要求,其必须具有耐温、耐腐蚀、抗拉的能力,现有普通的电缆却不能胜任。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种具有耐温、耐腐蚀、抗拉的海底光电复合缆。
本实用新型包括绞合的氟绝缘导线、光纤束,在所述绞合的氟绝缘导线、光纤束外设置内护套层,在所述内护套层与氟绝缘导线之间设置填充料,在所述内护套层外设置芳纶加强层,在所述芳纶加强层外设置聚氨酯外护层。
本实用新型采用氟绝缘导线,氟绝缘使得电缆具有很好的耐温能力,芳纶加强层使得电缆的抗拉能力提高,聚氨酯外护层使得电缆能够耐海水的腐蚀,光纤束使得电缆信号传输能力更强。

如图1所示,本海底光电复合缆包括绞合的氟绝缘导线1、光纤束2,在绞合的氟绝缘导线1、光纤束2外设置内护套层4,在内护套层4与氟绝缘导线1之间设置填充料3,在内护套层4外设置芳纶加强层5,在芳纶加强层5外设置聚氨酯外护层6。

1.海底光电复合缆,其特征在于包括绞合的氟绝缘导线、光纤束,在所述绞合的氟绝缘导线、光纤束外设置内护套层,在所述内护套层与氟绝缘导线之间设置填充料,在所述内护套层外设置芳纶加强层,在所述芳纶加强层外设置聚氨酯外护层。
