本实用新型公开了一种三角钢琴制音器，具体公开了一种制作简单不易损坏的三角钢琴制音器，包括制音器杠杆(1)和制音器卡钉(2)，制音器卡钉(2)轴连接在制音器杠杆(1)上靠近中部的位置，所述的制音器杠杆(1)一端轴连接在固定架上，所述的制音器杠杆(1)的另一端延长悬于键杆(3)上。本实用新型的作用是：使用三角钢琴制音器，不仅降低制作成本上和加工精度，在后期使用时由于其本身的整体式结构，制音器杠杆更是不易损坏。

本实用新型涉及一种三角钢琴制音器，具体涉及一种制作简单不易损坏的三角钢琴制音器。
背景技术
在现有技术中所使用的制音器，特别是三角钢琴上普遍采用由制音杠杆、制音器卡钉、制音器勺钉组成的制音器，其中制音器勺钉制音杠杆并悬于键盘上，固定在在使用钢琴时，键杆需要抬起制音器勺钉，才能带动制音杠杆运动，进而带动制音器卡钉，由于钢琴对音质的要求非常高，所以在制作制音器时的加工精度也要求高，而制音器勺钉是与制音杠杆是分别制造，后期装配的，这就容易导致整个钢琴中各个键盘后的制音器进度不一致，在使用过程中制音器勺钉也容易出现损坏和松动，最终影响到钢琴的音质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供三角钢琴制音器，解决现有的制音器对制作精度要求高，使用过程中容易损坏的问题。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：
一种三角钢琴制音器，包括制音器杠杆和制音器卡钉，制音器卡钉轴连接在制音器杠杆上靠近中部的位置，所述的制音器杠杆一端轴连接在固定架上，所述的制音器杠杆的另一端延长悬于键杆上。
为使制音器杠杆复位更加迅捷和灵活，在所述的制音器杠杆还设有复位装置。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：使用本实用新型，不仅降低制作成本上和加工精度，在后期使用时由于其本身的整体式结构，制音器杠杆更是不易损坏。

1.一种三角钢琴制音器，包括制音器杠杆(1)和制音器卡钉(2)，制音器卡钉(2)轴连接在制音器杠杆(1)上靠近中部的位置，所述的制音器杠杆(1)一端轴连接在固定架上，其特征在于：所述的制音器杠杆(1)的另一端延长悬于键杆(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三角钢琴制音器，其特征在于：在所述的制音器杠杆(1)还设有复位装置(4)。
