目前在运输模具时，在上模具和下模具之间通常直接放置有一个实芯钢块，使其在运输过程中避免上、下模具见直接挤压。但是从经济上来讲其实芯钢块价格昂贵，更重要的是，在运输当中因为它是单个不固定在模具上的，使得在使用时容易丢失和找不到。

本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种模具保管块。本实用新型具有结构简单，价格低廉，不易丢失，使用效果好的特点。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：
一种模具保管块，设置在上模具和下模具之间，所述的模具保管块包括空芯保管块，空芯保管块与连接板固连，连接板通过连接轴与固定块活动连接；固定块通过螺钉与下模具固连。

本实施例的一种模具保管块，如图1所示，设置在上模具1和下模具2之间，且设置有2个。所述的模具保管块包括空芯保管块3，空芯保管块3与连接板4固连，连接板4通过连接轴5与固定块6活动连接；固定块6通过螺钉与下模具固连。使用时，该模具保管块通过固定块6与下模具固定安装，然后上模具就可以直接放置在该模具保管块上。本实用新型可以根据存放和运输要求，叠放多套模具。本实用新型的模具保管块能保护模具内的弹性元件不因为模具长时间的预压状态下而失去弹性，使模具的各部位不会在长时间的压力作用下变形。具有结构简单，价格低廉，不易丢失，使用效果好的特点。

1.一种模具保管块，设置在上模具（1）和下模具（2）之间，其特征在于：所述的模具保管块包括空芯保管块（3），空芯保管块（3）与连接板（4）固连，连接板（4）通过连接轴（5）与固定块（6）活动连接；固定块（6）通过螺钉与下模具固连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种模具保管块，其特征在于：所述的模具保管块设置有2个。
