背景技术
目前国内生产的单级双吸蜗壳式中开泵的压出室均采用单蜗室这种泵在最隹流量点上工作性能较好,但在大于或小于设计的标准最隹流量点的状态下容易产生径向力,而且这种单蜗室泵对径向力是无法消除的。
发明内容
基于对消除径向力的考虑,本实用新型在设计单级双吸蜗壳式中开泵时,采用了最优的水力平衡方式,即压出蜗室采用双流道设计方案,所述一种新型单级双吸蜗室中开离心泵,其特征在于,包括:隔舌(1)、隔舌(2)、压出蜗室(3),所述一种新型单级双吸蜗室中开离心泵,在压出蜗室(3)内腔设有两条流道即隔舌(1)和隔舌(2),所述两条流道在蜗室中心角互为180°的对称位置上,所述两条流道的所有参数与形状完全一致,这样叶轮在工作时会在叶轮中心180°的对称位置上产生大小相等方向相反的径向力,因方向相反,两力相互抵消,起到了消除径向力的作用。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1.消除了径向力;2.减少泵体震动和噪音;3.提高泵的效率,延长泵的使用寿命。
