本实用新型涉及镁质生态墙体技术领域,具体来说是一种具有隔音效果的镁质生态墙体。 
背景技术
目前,人们在建筑或装饰设计中,为了达到防火要求,很多情况下都采用了带有防火功能的墙体,其中,镁质生态墙体是一种氯氧镁水泥类制品,它是以镁质胶凝材料为主料,网状玻璃纤维布为增强材料制成的,它由于既满足防火不燃的要求,也具有轻质价廉的特点,因此越来越受到人们的青睐。然而,纵然人们对其使用越来越广泛,但后来,人们却发现这类型的镁质生态墙体的吸音效果不尽如人意,特别是当使用在剧院、播音室等场合内,所播放出来的声音容易产生回音,给实际的使用场合带来了一定的不便。并且,曾经本申请人在这种生态墙体的面板与底板之间填充有由电子废弃物料或电子拆卸残渣压制而成的芯层,然而,这种结构的墙板,其隔音效果也欠佳,为此,本申请人有必要研制出一种具有更好隔音想过的腔体,以克服常规产品的不足之处。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隔音效果好、结构简单、制备方便的隔音镁质生态墙体。 
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的:一种隔音镁质生态墙体,它包括相配安装的底板和面板,其特征在于:所述底板和面板之间设置有隔音芯层。 
本实用新型所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它还包括用于支撑底板和面板的骨架,所述骨架设置在底板和面板之间。 
进一步来说,所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,其所述的骨架穿过隔音芯层。 
而且,本实用新型所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它还设有可相互配装的连接榫。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
根据图1所示,本实施例所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它包括相配安装的底板1和面板2,该底板1为菱镁板体,并且,所述的面板2为菱镁板体。本实用新型在常规镁质生态墙体的基础上进行改进,在所述底板1和面板2之间设置有隔音芯层3。同时,本实用新型所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它还包括用于支撑底板1和面板2的骨架4,所述骨架4设置在底板1和面板2之间。 
期间,所述的骨架4穿过隔音芯层3,本实用新型所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它还设有可相互配装的连接榫5,连接榫5设计为凹凸结构,在一个单体墙体上设计为凹榫,在另一个单体墙体上则设置为与之相配的凸榫,以实现若干件墙体是可相互扣接在一起,如图2所示。 
在上述隔音镁质生态墙体的制备过程中,所述隔音芯层3为珍珠岩隔音层,它不仅具有隔音效果,又能降低产品的伸缩率、降低产品的吸湿变形率。 
据上可知,本实用新型所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,它在所述底板1和面板2之间设置有隔音芯层3,声波可被隔音芯层3组阁,使得声波不再透射到墙体以外,避免了外环境产生的干扰,也可保证室内声音的保密性,使产品具有良好的隔音效果,而且,产品的结构简单,加工时只需将电子废弃物料或电子拆卸残渣压制而成的芯层换成隔音芯层3即可制得,方便简易。

1.一种隔音镁质生态墙体,它包括相配安装的底板(1)和面板(2),其特征在于:所述底板(1)和面板(2)之间设置有隔音芯层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,其特征在于:所述隔音镁质生态墙体还包括用于支撑底板(1)和面板(2)的骨架(4),所述骨架(4)设置在底板(1)和面板(2)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,其特征在于:所述骨架(4)穿过隔音芯层(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音镁质生态墙体,其特征在于:它还设有可相互配装的连接榫(5)。
