本实用新型涉及一种用于腐蚀机台电源的正极与铝箔之间加电的辊。
背景技术
在电极箔腐蚀加工工艺中,经常需要对铝箔施加3000A~5000A的电流,在过去的腐蚀生产线使用的是铜辊,通常这种铜辊在盐酸体系中使用还可以一般1年,但是在硝酸体系中这种辊只能使用1个月就会发生腐蚀的现象,由于铜材的价格贵重,且铜辊腐蚀下来的铜带到箔中会降低腐蚀的比容。随着市场变化的要求,我们迫切需要一种新型的结构解决铜辊腐蚀问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,工作效果好的耐腐蚀的铜辊。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种耐腐蚀的铜辊,包括铜辊、配电主体,其特征是:配电主体表面设置银层,辊中设置冷却水通道,在配电主体下方设置去酸去铜洗槽。
在辊下方还设置冲洗装置。
本实用新型结构合理,能耐大电流(3000A以上),且在3000~5000A的直流电流范围内辫子线与辊和铝箔与辊接触均不会发生打火,铜辊表面腐蚀量小的辊。虽然硝酸与铜要反应,但是经过结构调整改进,过去在铝箔的边沿腐蚀较中间严重的位置得到了保护,影响铜辊的整体寿命变长,新结构能降温承受通过大电流放出的热量,且辊的跳动度和直线度均控制在工艺范围内,磨损的杂质不会带到箔的表面。
