目前,国内外普遍采用钢筋混凝土内衬塑料作为铅电解槽,但在生产过程中出现的操作失误、其他机械外力等,会导致铅阳极板撞破塑料衬里,由于塑料衬里是空铺在混凝土基体上,只要塑料衬里出现一个破裂点就会导致铅电解液充满塑料衬里与混凝土的夹层,使混凝土槽体的整个内表面遭到腐蚀,需要经常进行维修,维修费用也较高。

本实用新型针对现有铅电解槽容易破损,需要经常进行维修的不足,提供一种可监测温度的电解槽,该可监测温度的电解槽耐腐蚀,维修方便,造价较低,还具有监测槽体温度的功能。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现:一种可监测温度的电解槽,包括槽体,槽体由内层、中层和外层三层组成,中层为塑料层,内层和外层为玻璃钢层,各层之间通过胶水粘结固定,外层的外壁设置有温度传感器。
