技术领域
本实用新型涉及冶金学领域,尤其涉及玻璃钢电解槽。
背景技术
电解槽由槽体、阳极和阴极组成,多数用隔膜将阳极室和阴极室隔开。按电解液的不同分为水溶液电解槽、熔融盐电解槽和非水溶液电解槽三类。当直流电通过电解槽时,在阳极与溶液界面处发生氧化反应,在阴极与溶液界面处发生还原反应,以制取所需产品。目前国内外普遍采用钢筋混凝土内衬塑料作为铅电解槽,但在生产过程中出现的操作失误、其它机械外力等会导致铅阳极板撞破塑料衬里,使混凝土槽体的整个内表面遭到腐蚀,提高维修费用。中国实用新型专利申请号CN201020115323.2公开了一种玻璃钢电解槽,包括槽体,槽体由内层、中层和外层三层组成,中层为塑料层,内层和外层为玻璃钢层,各层之间通过胶水粘结固定,该玻璃钢电解槽耐腐蚀,维修方便,造价较低;中国实用新型专利申请号CN200820068053.7公开了带玻璃钢加筋的玻璃钢电解槽,电解槽体(1)的四块侧板外壁设有横筋(2)和竖筋(3),横筋(2)、竖筋(3)分别至少为2道以上;所述的横筋(2)、竖筋(3)分别采用玻璃纤维增强塑料制作成。该玻璃钢电解槽具有刚度高、耐腐蚀性能优良、生产成本低的特点,但这两种电解槽一体化设计在面对内层或中层破损时只能将电解槽整体替换,维护成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是现有的玻璃钢电解槽维护成本高,内层固定无法移动,为此提供一种便捷式玻璃钢电解槽。
本实用新型的技术方案是:便捷式玻璃钢电解槽,它包括间隙配合的内层槽体和外层槽体,所述内层槽体底部与外层槽体底部之间适配有垫块,所述外层槽体侧壁上螺纹配合有向内层槽体侧壁延伸的T型定位块,所述外层槽体侧壁和内层槽体侧壁之间充填有保温材料。
上述方案中所述T型定位块内部设有一端与外界气源连通另一端与内层槽体和外层槽体之间的间隙连通的导气管。
本实用新型的有益效果是内层槽体可以在垫块上相对于外层槽体移动,提高内层槽体的安装灵活性,通过旋转T型定位块可以改变内层槽体的水平位置,内层槽体与外层槽体之间的保温材料可以确保反应所需温度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括间隙配合的内层槽体1和外层槽体2,所述内层槽体底部与外层槽体底部之间适配有垫块3,所述外层槽体侧壁上螺纹配合有向内层槽体侧壁延伸的T型定位块4,所述外层槽体侧壁和内层槽体侧壁之间充填有保温材料5。
本实用新型中的垫块上最好设有滚花,增大与内层槽体之间的滑动摩擦力,确保常态下内层槽体的稳定性。T型定位块一方面起到改变内层槽体的水平位置的作用,另一方面可以作为吊点方便将电解槽起吊,便于运输,保温材料一方面可以确保所需反应温度,另一方面提高内层槽体的耐受冲击力。
为了进一步提高保温效果,可以在T型定位块内部设有一端与外界气源连通另一端与内层槽体和外层槽体之间的间隙连通的导气管6,使用时通过外界气源通入加热后的气体,气体内保温材料吸收滞留在内层槽体和外层槽体之间,可以保证长时间的反应所需温度。当内层槽体出现破损时只需将T型定位块旋松,就可将内层槽体取出更换,快捷方便,更换成本低。保温材料可以是石棉或是橡胶或是其它有机高分子材料。

1.便捷式玻璃钢电解槽,它包括间隙配合的内层槽体(1)和外层槽体(2),其特征是所述内层槽体底部与外层槽体底部之间适配有垫块(3),所述外层槽体侧壁上螺纹配合有向内层槽体侧壁延伸的T型定位块(4),所述外层槽体侧壁和内层槽体侧壁之间充填有保温材料(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的便捷式玻璃钢电解槽,其特征是所述T型定位块内部设有一端与外界气源连通另一端与内层槽体和外层槽体之间的间隙连通的导气管(6)。
